I required a replacement glass bistro…
I required a replacement glass bistro table top as the original was broken during a storm.
I was asked to provide photos and I sent a copy of my invoice.
I received an amazing email saying that a replacement would be sent out FOC, this 650 diameter glass top was delivered safely by FEDEX a few days later which had been transported over to Northern Ireland.
Can’t thank LG enough, a fantastic service.

Bought a Grillsteam Elite 4 burner BBQ had little issue with LED lights on BBQ not working but after a few emails etc this issue was resolved. I dealt with a guy called David Rainey in customer services who was very helpful and sorted this out for me.

We had a slight issue with our new garden furniture. I have since had exemplary customer service, which is incredibly rare these days. James and Trudie were just great. What lovely people to deal with. Felt like I was dealing with a small family business and they had some passion, humour and attention to detail. Super Service
Harrison and Alex arrived before 8am this morning to install our new Leisure Grow pergola. They worked diligently and professionally, completing the installation in around four hours.
Both were friendly, polite, and a pleasure to chat with throughout the process. It was clear that they were highly skilled and knew exactly what they were doing. The pergola looks absolutely amazing, and they left everything spotless, clearing away all packaging and debris without leaving a trace.
To say that we are delighted with both the pergola and the installation experience would be an understatement. We couldn't be happier with the result.

Rattan outdoor furniture has only lasted a couple of years and strands have snapped despite being stored in the garage over winter. Would not recommend as original price was £1500 I would expect it to last longer.

Outstanding Product & Service!
I purchased the Corsica 2x lounge chair set & footstools, which were everything the images & product description on the LG Outdoor website detailed. I was looking for a premium set of garden loungers & these chairs definitely fulfil that criteria - super comfortable & great ergonomic back support. They look stylish too with robust stain prevention treated cushions in a soft grey colour.
LG Outdoors customer service was outstanding. There was an imperfection with one of the footstool’s & a replacement was arranged & delivered within 5 working days. Nothing was too much trouble for the customer service team. I highly recommend the product & the professional & swift approach demonstrated by their customer service team!!

I spoke to James regarding my LG…
I spoke to James regarding my LG outdoor funiture, Rodent had chewed though the covers.
James asked me to take pictures of funiture & damage so he could identify it for me. I did this & he said he would get back to me in a couple of days.
I fact he emailed back the same day & by the next day all was ordered.
I couldn't believe the service I got.
From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with there after care dept. To beat it all as it was quite new furniture as a good will gesture they replaced covers free of charge.
I would highly recommend this company to deal with.

Replacement part required for my BBQ after I had damaged it.
The service I was given to rectify an issue I created with my BBQ was truly exceptional. The respnse from James was very quick. He understood my needs clearly, communicating by e mail to verify the part I required. Requested photos of the problem and part, then supplied it efficiently and in a very timely manner. We purchased a Smash Grill, and on assembly we noticed that one part was faulty. We contacted customer support and James was very helpful. Once he received copies of the photos of the faulty parts he contacted us very quickly to arrange replacement to be sent out. I cannot fault his customer service.
