Bought some brake pads and even fitted same day without charging as I use them regular. Great service and great staff always helpful and never try to over sell anything to you.

Brilliant customer service...

Recently took my sons bike in for a repair at the Bury branch. All the staff were friendly, professional and more than happy to offer support and advice. Particular shout out to Lofty, who was very helpful and offered some great advice.

Helpful staff & great service

Andrew built my Polygon e-bike, it took a little longer than initially expected due to needing to order some parts and gain permission from Polygon to install Di2. Really happy with the bike and service overall & they even set the suspension up for me when I collected & helped load it in the car.

Excellent helpful advice in the Bury…

Excellent helpful advice in the Bury shop from Andy regarding an electric full suspension mountain bike for my wife. No hard sell. Suggested we review his various options and then come back when ready.

Pay rise for Angie please 🙏

My parner a I recently got back into biking, not been on bikes since we were kids. We odered our bikes at leisure lakes in Bury. We arrived for collection trying to contain our excitement.. Angie (best sales person ever) somehow saw through the facade, spotted our suppressed giddiness from buying our first bikes as adults and dragged it out of us as she presented us with our bikes. We left there like kids on Christmas day as Angie performed her new bike dance in the car park for us.. honestly the best service that iv ever had from a shop..
Massive thanks to Angie and the rest of the team
