Its not often these days that you get someone prepared to assist you when they or the company aren't making any money from you.
I needed guidance on switching a broken derailleur to a new one. The chap I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, so refreshing.
Next time I need anything for the bike, I'll be using the local store in Daventry.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff and a comprehensive product range. Really good selection of kit at every price point, and being able to try different sizes was really helpful. Very impressed, and for me it was well worth the hour's journey to get there.
