Great service! I would have given a 5 star but only because I had to pick up the package from my billing address.
Even though I provided a delivery address, the package was sent instead to my billing address.

I don’t often leave reviews, but on this occasion I felt I had to.

My son and I decided to build a downhill mountain bike from scratch rather than buy one off the shelf, sourcing parts from a range of different manufacturers. As we’re far from experts mechanically, we approached Leisure Lakes Bikes in Northampton for some advice, having always been impressed with the servicing they’d previously done on my son’s bike.

We were fortunate to deal with Lewis, who was outstanding from start to finish. He guided us through exactly what was needed, provided excellent technical advice, sourced additional parts where required, and completed the build to an incredibly high standard.

It was a complex project with a number of challenges, but Lewis’s communication, knowledge and willingness to help were exceptional throughout. Despite working to some tight time constraints, nothing was too much trouble.

My son and I genuinely can’t thank Lewis enough. His professionalism, expertise and customer service made what could have been a stressful project an enjoyable one. He’s a real credit to Leisure Lakes Bikes, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Lewis and the Northampton branch.

Great price on Helmet but after ordering informed it was actually out of stock, the system had somehow been wrong. Good communication and apologies with money back but unfortunate this happened. Ordered from another site at higher price.

Slight delay due to a supply chain issue. I was kept up to date along the way and in the end the guys shopped around other stores and despatched my order from existing stock. Yes something went slightly wrong but the customer service was excellent
