I pic up a bike. Wot cost 4000 pounds. And ride it home and omost bid the crak cam off .and I cud off been hit by a car but he stop just in time. So lookey but the the bike back in the shop after 3 day off riding it to work .the motor not working and thay dot no wen I will get it back ..but the boss toll then to sort me out a speer bike till I get min back ..but I'm not happy whiv the bike thay give me

Good experience at Bedford branch in July 2026…
Had a good experience in July 2026 buying a Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 800 e-mtb from the Bedford branch, with first-rate advice, support and communication from Luke, Colleen and Alex, who helped put together a bike that fits me perfectly, as well as researching all the best add-ons for my riding style. Great service all round. Definitely recommend!

Frodsham Service
Cycle to Work schemes can always be a bit of a faff, but both Max and Craig made the whole process really easy. the bike arrived in Frodsham exactly when they said, they had it built exactly when they said, and setup & pickup was a breeze.
It's been a short while since I did anything on road bikes, but this whole process gave me maximum confidence to just get on the bike and ride.
