Our cherished, albeit slightly old caravan needed a salad box, so I gave them a call. Their customer service was outstanding.When the salad box arrived, it was top-notch but unfortunately didn't fit our caravan. I contacted them and they were incredibly accommodating and supportive.They issued a complete refund, covering both postage and the item's price.I am thoroughly impressed and will not hesitate to shop with them again.A big thanks to Kevin and his teammate for their professionalism and assistance.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Needed a replacement thermocouple for caravan hob, Emailed for advice, Christine replied within 10 mins with part no. and cost. Gave them a phone call at 14.30 hrs and part arrived by post at 11.30 hrs next day.

Lorraine and Christine were more than helpful when it came to replacing a broken blind and catches for our motorhome. Their knowledge was second to none and their friendly telephone manner was welcoming.

Excellent service ordered my Thetford fridge part and received it next day

Normally the company only ships orders to the UK. I asked the company to make an exception for sending me 2 rear bumpercorners for my Dethleffs Trend (2020) motorhome. Especially one employee, David, I want to give my compliments. He wanted to do so and searched for the best and cheapest way to ship the order to Holland. The communication with e-mail was quick, correct and pleasant. I've paid the order, got a track and trace and now I am waiting for delivery. Thank you for all the effort, most kind!

What excellent customer service, polite and efficient, helped me out when I needed a single screw. If I need any parts in future they will be my first call. Big shout out to Louise.

On the salad box's arrival, although of excellent quality, it didn't fit our caravan. I rang them and explained. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH FOR THEM. They were SO HELPFUL.

I was refunded in full (postage and cost of item).

Very impressed and would use them again.

I found Leisure Spares whilst looking for replacement parts for my awning.

A competitor of theirs had supplied the awning and it had arrived damaged. After 6 months of awful customer service from the original supplier (and no resolution to the damage nor any spare parts sent), I used Leisure Spares to try to source the replacement parts myself.

I found the parts in minutes on their website and had a reply to my message within 24 hours with full part numbers and pricing. (I was unable to get a reply with this information in 5 months from the awnings original supplier.)

I confirmed ordering the parts and they were delivered and fitted to the awning before the end of the week making it functional again.

Thank you Leisure Spares fur turning this around so quickly. It's not your responsibility to resolve the warranty claims for other suppliers but I wish it was as I'd have been able to use my new awning when it was delivered, and not 6 months later.
