I ordered an item on 27th December and…

I ordered an item on 27th December and was quoted 8-10 business days. When I call during business hours an automated message asks to call during business hours and hangs up. The one time I did get through the agent said he did not know where my order was and will call back in two mins. I got no call back, it's been 3 days since then. I don't understand how you don't know where the order is or how long it will take.

Why would you lie in your reply. I have the transcripts. I have the call logs. I have only ever received one email from you. And said FFS at the end of the last call. I've never swore at anyone.

You guys need to learn how to do customer service properly. When something goes wrong, learn how to fix it and learn the right language to use on chat. And sort out your phone lines so that your open even you say are. Such a shameful response.

We apologise sincerely again that we were not able to provide this product for its initial estimated date due to an unforseen error with Neewer and the Courier.

We made sure you had all the information we had through email and phone calls and we apologise sincerely that this was not enough in this case. We are also sorry we are unable to answer phone calls when we are not open as indicated by our available times on our contact us page

However we do not stand for being insulted and swore over the phone when we are currently investigating this issue and attempting to expedite your order. We have cancelled this for you and immediately refunded you in this case.

Bought 3 lights and never arrived

Bought 3 lights and never arrived.
Got in touch and I was informed the order couldn't be dispatched because they had an issue with the supplier.

Conclusion: if I haven't complained they would keep my money and would never deliver or informe me. It's ridiculous.

Nice service

Nice service, my green screen parcel was not delivered by parcel force but they dealt with the problem quickly and replaced the order without complaint. I now have my screen and stand which appear to be good quality.

Excellent service

I recently bought a couple of flash heads from Lencarta which arrived promptly. Sadly on the first outing a gust of wind caught one, invoked Sir Isaac Newton and it hit the ground causing damage. The Lencarta repair department fixed it under warranty when because it was my responsibility I was expecting a sizeable bill. It's now working again. Truly excellent service!

Product was posted promptly but never…

Product was posted promptly but never received, had message from parcelforce saying driver made attempt to deliver, and left a card ,with instructions. No such driver made any attempt, how I know is I was in all day , I’ve got no further instructions just a tracking number saying parcel taken back to their Shrewsbury depot . No way of speaking to anyone at patcelfarce just automated bs, why do companies use shady delivery companies they know are rubbish. It’s an Xmas present which unless sorted soon won’t be there for Xmas day.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered a battery for my flash, delivery said 2-3 days at check out, and on my confirmation email. After 4 working days I queried where my item was. I was told they were experiencing delays due to a new supplier relationship and it said somewhere at checkout this product would be 8-9 days. I would have read this if it did in fact say that, as I was cautious of delivery time when buying from this site for the first time.
After the 9 working days had passed I queried where my order was again as I needed it in the next few days for work.
This time I was told there was a further delay and no more information on the expected delivery.

Lencarta has been my first choice for GODOX flash, 5 units to date. The prices are competitive, whilst the ease of ordering and fast dependable delivery make the difference.
No reason for me to go elsewhere.
