The people are friendly and the process is very easy.

Apart from the high interest, I've had a good experience up until recently. I applied for a cash advance from my LOC and got approved, but there was no money deposited. Numerous calls to customer service assured me that the issue was being worked on. Not sure what's happening, but would really like to get an update.

the use of greed over need is a huge blow to people treying to rebuild in a very trying economic and political time. not very far removed from mafia style rape of the people that continue to finance the politics of the nation via interest payments. appualinf to say it bluntly

Great if you need cash, but you get absolutely annihilated in fees! You end up paying an unreal amount back if you pay the minimums, even more than you'd expect/think. 🫣🙃

Best advise I can give here is DO NOT take a loan or line of credit from this company! The interest rate and fees are ridiculous you will never pay it off, got stuck for 6 years, called and tried to negotiate it down as I had paid them this loan 10 x over in 6 years!!! $200 bi weekly and $25 to the principal, thank god I was able to pay it off and switch to a REAL line of credit with the bank, so if you are desperate please just don't, it will ruin you even more financially

So so much better then the original cash money store because there deadline due dates fall on the days that checks and low level incomes come out on such in Feburary the due date is for the 27 which is a Friday instead of cash money making it the Thursday which is a day before money comes in it way better lend direct and they have line of credits and payday loans well if used right manageable paybacks I like the online interaction how simple and clear it is no confusions and if there a problem staff are friendly nice and right to the problem couldnt
ask for better service 5 superstars in my books yeah! Always a helpful hand when needed. If used right and paid on time it can be a life saver in those tight times or the those moments of indulgeness that but just short of cash wise. Great team an company
