Bin ready sunglasses come back like new
Amazing service! When I was having a clear out I very nearly threw these Armani sunglasses in the bin, and then my wife suggested replacement lenses. I found the website and selected new lenses and a frame clean-up, for a fraction of the price for new designer glasses. I've just received back what look like new sunglasses! The frame arms were loose and flappy and now they are tight and like new. The box service, post, and comms throughout have been first rate. You get informed at every step of the process. Genuinely, this is as good a service as I have ever received in memory. 100% recommended.

Really excellent experience throughout
I had some really lovely frames I needed reglazing. I wanted a single vision prescription and a custom tint. The customer services team were incredibly patient and helpful. They supplied several different options for the tint via email, they took my calls when I needed to get more detail and they then had two different sample tints made up before we agreed on the right one. They were also very helpful regarding the calculation of the PD measurement, something that I had always relied upon high street optometrists for. The whole process took several days due to me wanting to explore different tint options and the customer services team came back promptly each time and were extremely accommodating. I love the finished product and so do other people that have commented on my new glasses.
This is the first time I had used an online service and I am very happy with the results and delighted with Lensology. Would thoroughly recommend.

Process was easy
Process was easy, everything was supplied for me to send. I left the package in my car for a week before I sent and I even got a email checking that all was OK! The glasses all came back and were perfect. I had 1 pair of verifocal glasses and 2 pairs of designer sunglasses. I am now checking if I need any more revamping!🤩

Used them for a 3rd time
Used them for a 3rd time. Last time I couldn't because I didn't have any spare frames. But now I buy the frames on ebay (same ones as last time) and use Lensology. Very quick service and kept well informed of what's happening.

10/10 service, I would highly recommend bought a pair of sunglasses which had been discontinued. Over time due to wear and tear the glazed lenses had scratches. Lensology put in new lenses and sent them back as good as new. Thank you esp Christina
