I had ordered some landscape lighting from LeonLite approximately eight months ago. Suddenly one night several of the lights quit working. I thought maybe it was the control box and had an electrician come out and he determined that the fixtures had gone bad.

I contacted LeonLite and communicated with Italia. I explained the situtation that I had and explained everything that I had done. I did not need all of the light fixtures replaced, just the ones that gone bad. She got back to me very quickly and talked with management and they agreed to send me replacement fixtures for the ones that had quit working.

The replacements came today. This whole process only took two weeks to get resolved.

I am very pleased with the service and the product and would recommend Itlalia and her team to anyone.

Great customer service! The only thing I don't like is the warranty on these lights I purchased! I bought 16 and so far had to replace 4 of them! I bought them just over a year ago!
Your company wouldn't replace the last one unless I sent it in to be tested. Its almost like they're calling me a liar! Plus it would cost me more for the shipping them the light!I would not recommend these lights! They are awesome but come with a price!!

The product claimed 70 foot distance detection, but didn't come on until like 20 feet.

A shame the leds cannot be replaced but happy I could purchase just one fixture. We had a very close lightening strike that took out a few electronic items on our property & this too was a victim.

I first reached out to the company and questioned if they had wall lights made of similar material as my PVC . Unfortunately, they did not, but when she asked me if the lights are still working that I purchased in early March, I told them yes, except for one to my pleasant Surprise, their customer service rep ITALIA D., process one for a replacement. I purchased 18 post lights but one of the lights 5CCT selector button was damaged. I contacted customer service and a new light was soon on its was. The process was quick and easy. The service rep, Italia, was also very helpful and cordial.

Our neighbors love the way our landscape lighting came out. Thanks to the quality of the lights and the excellent customer service Italia provided I gave them all the info on where I purchased them.
