Excellent quality lighting fixtures and customer service. We used the Ombrello LED path lights along our driveway and they do a great job of lighting up the area, especially with no street lights. The only issue I have is with the driving skills of the drivers making deliveries. Several of our lights were hit and the post was sheared off at the ground stake. Fortunately the wires were not damaged and the lights still worked. I checked their website but could not find any replacement ground stakes for my lights. I emailed customer service and told them what I needed and they got back to me the next day saying they aren't available on their website but they would check their inventory for availability. I told them how many I needed and the same day they got back to me with an invoice so I could purchase them. Just in case, I ordered a spare light fixture, which then qualified me for free FedEx shipping.

Very helpful customer service

The LeonLite product is a fine product. The pathway lites are well engineered except for the plastic threaded attachment to the canopys. The plastic thread is the weakest link in an otherwise well engineered lite. Consider a continuation of the mast through the lite area and threading it directly to the canopy. this would require a rework of the led circuit board to be a doughnut-like shape and a notch to be cut in the mast pipe for wire egress.

Provide for a mast extension to take the light higher for those situations where pathway steps exceed the height of the pathway light. A simple threaded nipple with an additional mast of half length and one of full length would suffice to create two new products to compliment your pathway lite offering.

Contacted Leinlite and Torchstar regarding one of my 3 watt led mushroom lights that stopped working. Their customer service responded to me very quickly and immediately began the process of replacing this defective light, providing me with FEDEX tracking number. I could not ask for anymore as they were excellent!!

You sent the order to the wrong address!! The the order I approved on Tuesday July 22nd had the proper shipping address, and billing address. How did that change to a San Diego address?
I am beyond frustrated!

Only needing a frosted lens for my landscape light I was unsure if I could even get just that piece. But a simple email to the company you’re a quick response from staff asking what they could help me with. Once I clarified what I needed, they quickly gave me a price. Placed the order within three days. I had my frosted lens appreciate the ease of getting an answer, ordering, and receiving the lens.

One of my lights stopped working; I spoke with Italia in customer service who was very helpful in diagnosing the problem, offering trouble-shooting advice, and once we determined that one light is the set was defective, she promptly sent a replacement.

One of the best experiences I have had resolving a product issue.

I purchased some landscape lights 2 or 3 years ago and one by one, i have ended up with 12 that have stopped working. I contacted Leonlite where i bought them from anf Italia D corresponded back. I have been told by Italia D that the company is issuing full replacements. Italia D has been very professional throughout the process and would highly recommend. Thanks for everything 10/10

They offered me a huge discount to replace a non working light that I had that was way past the warranty. Plus these lights are great. They look incredible in my yard. I have made the mistake of buying cheap light sets in the past, only to regret the purchase within a year. Not these! After having them for almost 4years now, they still look great and do a great job.
