Great company to deal with. Tracey B is a true asset, she was brilliant! Explained everything clearly and with humour so lacking in many other phone interactions I have nowadays!! Product very competitively priced too with great features - particularly liked the nil excess.

The entire letting process as a whole has been painless and easy to understand which has been incredible. Special thanks to Halim Senturk who guided me through the contents cover and other questions regarding the property that I had. Highly recommend for anyone moving!

Easy process to set up tenants liability and contents insurance with Natasha on the phone today! Reasonable pricing on policy. Referencing process done earlier was also an easy portal to use.

Brilliant service
Arranged our insurance through Let Alliance when moving into our rented accommodation. Sophia Hale was so helpful and cheerful in explaining and talking us through the policy. Everything was sorted super efficiently and quickly.

Misleading
I received a message saying to call them back to finish the final steps of my referencing, when I called back it was for home insurance. I was given two options, with no option to not go ahead, they alluded that my estate agent would require for me to go ahead with the insurance. I have now had to cancel it but the misleading was unethical.
