Last Friday afternoon I had a lovely call with Ben Gilbert who helped set up my home and contents insurance for my upcoming new home. Not only did he take the time to inform me thoroughly about the service, he listened to what I required and gave me advice about the best options for me. Thank you for making this an easy and enjoyable experience.

Abysmal experience, trying to use portal for a short term let, completely inflexible, slow and constantly crashes. There must be a better product for estate agents to use .

I spoke with Harry Brumbill today to set up our new home insurance and couldn’t be happier. He was very professional while also having a sense of humour which I find is hard to come by lately. Every step was clearly communicated and had opportunities to ask questions about anything I didn’t understand. Documents were sent straight away and reassured that the recording had stopped when taking bank details. Would definitely recommend and as previously mentioned, Harry was great to deal with!
