Wanted to return an item (got wrong color by mistake) and they only offered store credit. Fine. But they don't offer shipping label so shipping back a small box to another coast was $50, so half the cost of the item. Now I am stuck with this thing I don't need, but I worry if I send it they will find an excuse to not take it anyway. If you buy something from them, assume it is final purchase.

Sadly I didn't do my due diligence and got scammed by this company. I ordered a flush mount for my daughters room when it came is was in pieces and not up to code. I paid for return shipping and they want to only give me store credit. 1. I would never buy from them again and 2. have you looked at the prices of their items. I opened a PayPal claim. We will see what happens but this is definitely a lesson learned.
$400 ORDER - SHIPS WRONG PARTS - REFUSES TO FIX
WARNING TO BUYERS: Do not buy lighting fixtures from Letifly. Their quality control is nonexistent, and their policies are designed to trap you with unusable products.
I spent over $400 on two Ora Stone Wall Lamps.
Attempt 1: They arrived with bulbs that fit the socket but were the wrong specification for the lamp.
Attempt 2: After I complained, they sent replacements that were even worse—wrong size and wrong connector entirely. Physically incompatible.
When I asked for a small partial refund ($40) to just buy the correct bulbs myself at a local hardware store, they refused. Their excuse? They claim the bulbs are "complimentary gifts" and therefore they aren't liable if they send the wrong ones.
The Catch: The bulbs arrived pre-installed inside the fixtures. They are integral components, not "gifts." Letifly uses this accounting trick to avoid liability for shipping non-conforming goods.
They admitted they couldn't guarantee a third shipment would be correct, yet refused to cover the cost for me to fix their mistake. They expect you to pay full price for a product you can't plug in. Avoid at all costs.
They snooze, you lose
They sent me the wrong item and then refused to give a refund. They wanted to only give store credit. After fighting it with it credit card they finally agreed to give a refund but won’t provide a return shipping label. Im going to let the credit card take care of it. But bottom line is - THEIR mistakes will cost YOU.

Their website is misleading and dishonest. I tried to get a refund from my order but they insist on ink a in store credit. The product I ordered was vintage flatware. No when their website description did it say they were miniature. Not even baby size. Like doll miniature. False advertising. Not quality. Feels like plastic. I received my soft pastel pendant light, in matte white. It looks beautiful in the living room. I would definitely recommend Letifly for their lighting. Haven't purchased their decor yet.
Nightmare with Customer Service
I bought two 5" mini orbs to light the corners of a room. I read glowing reviews about how well the orbs lit dim spaces. What I bought fully qualified for returns if I did not like them. While I was waiting for the orbs to arrive, I noticed the very same orbs listed elsewhere on their website for a significantly lower price and mentioned that to them. They said they could not refund me the difference though could give me a credit which seemed like a nice courtesy. When the orbs arrived yesterday, they were junk plastic with remote controls and cords that do not work with my space; the orbs also do NOT shed much light as advertised in all the 5 star reviews. The instruction manual is filled with misspellings as well. When I call customer service, no one is available. When I email the lady who gave me the courtesy credit, she says that her doing the store credit made it impossible for me to return the product for a refund. I had not been aware of that or would not have accepted the store credit. I want nothing to do with this company and am going to contact my credit card company if Letifly does not send me instructions for the return and issue a full refund of $131.74. UPDATE: I still have been unable to reach a customer service rep on the phone. The company is also unable to be reported to the BBB as it is not a U.S. company, perhaps is a Chinese company as others have asserted. In my experience they falsely advertise product quality, ship junk, and lie about their return policy. This is an extremely shady company; avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately I did not investigate this company before I gave them my money. I paid $250 for a pendant light, and two or three weeks later recieved a tattered box from China with a light packed as if it had been assembled in someone's basement. The pendant itself is cheaply made and a complete piece of junk. There is no instruction manual, tags or anything indicating it's new or up to code, and the company will not offer refunds. They did offer store credit but I'd rather cut my loses. This is a 10-person operation (I looked up the company) and all of their products are made in China. They confirmed they have no products made in the USA. @Letifly, maybe it's time to re-evaluate your business model.
If you want very low quality houseware items at premium prices, this is the place for you!

Buyer Beware
I'm 3 months into an unpleasant buying experience that is still unresolved. This company sent me a chandelier with broken glass shades - the shipping materials were terrible, cheap and non-protective. They refused to refund bc I was days outside their 15-day window discovering this. The protection package I bought covers... only the same 15 days. Quite the customer rip-off. Several hundred $$$ and I have neither a working chandelier nor refund. If the replacement shades continue to not arrive - or if they arrive in the same condition as before - I hope to take this up with my credit card company.
This company is a sham
This company is a sham. I purchased two pendant lights from them. The website said they were returnable within 2 weeks of purchase. Well, they made sure there was no way to return them because the lights came 6 weeks later. And that wasn't the end of it. The lights were adorable, but not to US standards. In fact, the circuitry was for UK electricity, not US and the opening to insert the base and light bulb were UK standard as well. It couldn't even be converted to US. The company doesn't answer emails or phone calls. I've wasted my money. Don't buy from these people!
Not received what I payed for
I bought 8 fixtures and had troubles with 4 of them. You see all reviews in their web page are 4 and 5 stars, but their products are not as shown in their selling pictures, they have problems and they sell it as good design fixtures but they are cheap and with problems. They also sent one fixture the wrong size, smaller than the one I bought, and they said as I wrote after too long I have to buy the fixture again and pay for it.... as if I am doing that mistake again. Not happy at all with Letifly. I am totally mad at myself that I did not read Trustpilot reviews before I bought from them.

We were looking for pendant lights for our kitchen. Found a link to pendents sold by this company through a third-party website. I was cautious to only order one, since they were expensive - on sale from +$500 to $214 - and marked as “final sale” that they were not returnable. The issues started as soon as I ordered them. I never got a confirmation email. I tried calling their customer support (New York area code), but it goes straight to a message that the number is not in use and to call a California number. Called it and no one answers. I called twice that day. So I emailed the company, they responded the next day that I’ll get a confirmation when they ship, in 1-4 days - this isn’t standard practice with anyone I’ve ever done business with online. I emailed them a week later since I still have not received any email (not sent to junk mailbox). They responded that they shipped it and that they already sent me an email. Eventually after two more emails, I got a tracking number - so all seemed fine.
I got the package, the light came with no instructions and no original packaging - just some packing paper and styrofoam wedges jammed in. The included invoice didn’t even list the price on it, so I would have no record of what was paid other than my CC statement, but fortunately I had screenshots from when I placed the order.
I took the light out of the shipping box and noticed two things. First, there was no UL or other certification tag on it. (I now know that you can sell non-UL listed electrical equipment in the US, but it is not to code to install it. Insurance may not cover losses if your home burns down due to an electrical fire.) I checked the company website, and sure enough, they don’t say anything about UL listing in their product description - so that’s a buyer beware lesson. The second issue is that the metal lamp shade was damaged. It was bent in two places, so the parts didn’t fit together. The upper and lower halves of the pendent were mismatched in the first place - there was a gap between the base and shade where there should have been a smooth transition - but the damage makes it all the more apparent. I contacted Letifly multiple times now over a two week period without any response. I believe that they shipped me a damaged item, since the shipping box did not show any signs of abuse or negligence.
So to sum up, poor quality product, questionable practices as far as sale and shipping, and they don’t respond when you have a legitimate issue with the product.

I love my mini table lamp from Letifly
I had a good experience with letifly. I purchased a mini cordless lamp for my night stand and it is fabulous! It did take 2 weeks to arrive but when it did I fell instantly in love. It was nicely packaged and considerably cheaper than other websites. I would recommend them.
