Excellent service, Mehmet and his team are worth their weight in gold, they are so helpful, nothing is to much trouble from repairing your jewellery , to finding a one of kind idea I had ( Tassel ring ) they searched for over a year then text me that they had found one. We have been using Lewins Jewellers for years and have never had a bad experience .

Absolutely fantastic. I have been using Lewins for over 30yrs and would not go any where else.
Every purchase , and there's been quite a few has been of outstanding value and such quality.
Every repair or adjustment taken to them was treated with the respect and care that they have for every single member of my family. They go above and beyond customer service.
They have a magical personal touch. This makes them the best and would highly recommend. Thankyou Mehmet and family for putting smiles on my friends and families faces.

Have been coming to Lewins for several years for repairs and to occasionally sell items of jewellery.
Repairs always well done and items returned to me sparkly clean. Very fair prices given for sales.
Fabulous staff who almost make you feel like family when you go into the shop.
Will continue to use Lewins as long as it is there.

Outstanding Customer Service
As soon as you step through the door you are greeted with a smile. The ever helpful team of Mehmet, Hazel and their family go above and beyond to assist you. There is no rush, no hassle and no “hard sell”, they genuinely wish to help you. The aftercare, from repairs to replacement watch batteries to selling old jewellery is all undertaken in a polite and professional manner. I would highly recommend a visit to this gem of a store in the heart of Sutton.

Wedding ring
I had my wedding ring refurbished after 10years it come back like it was on our wedding day. A great service by great people. They made me and my young daughter feel welcomed and run through exactly what was going to happen with the ring and had a messaged that it was ready for pick up quicker than I thought a excellent service
