I’ve been coming to Lewins for as long as I can remember. It’s a fantastic family-run business and a true staple of Sutton High Street. I bought my very first watch here and have since purchased all my gold from them.

Whether you’re buying something new, selling scrap gold, or needing a repair, you’re in safe hands. Mehmet is incredibly honest!!! He always gives a fair price, and if he can’t take an item, he’ll give you genuine advice on the best place to go. They also do a brilliant job of cleaning old jewellery, it always comes back looking brand new. I can’t rate them highly enough. Support local!

Needed to have a diamond replaced & engagement ring repaired as well as my wedding ring repaired as had to be cut off my finger.
I was absolutely delighted with the results & both rings looked like new despite being over 30 years old! Pricing was very competitive compared to other jewellers who quoted.

Mehmet was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Originally bought our wedding bands from here. I had some jewellery that I wanted repaired and Mehmet was very honest about cost of repair and provided good information about what was needed. We have been going to Lewin’s for almost 24 years and will continue to do so as we are very happy with the service. So grateful to Mehmet and the team at Lewins. They repaired my mum's ring after the diamond came out. I was given the cost upfront, it took exactly the time Mehmet estimated it would, and he kept me posted and it came back beautifully cleaned, restored and looking immaculate. My mum was over the moon to have it back as it has great sentimental value. Couldn't recommend Lewins enough for the brilliant service they provided.

Mehmet and his sister at lewins the jewellers in Sutton high are absolutely fab . I had an accident last year and had to have my wedding ring cut off after 43 years you can imagine how upsetting this was,and was told to wait a year before getting a new ring so my fingers could heal .. I looked around different jewellers but all seemed to be not interested in any personal service and the quality of wedding rings not great . So off I went to lewins the personal service was exceptional and the help and understanding was fab . Finally after a while I got my new wedding ring just after my 44th anniversary 👍🏻 the quality is perfect and when I look at my new ring it makes me smile , so everyone needs to support lewins as great personal service is a rare thing but not at lewins..

He was very transparent about the process, explaining that if the internal movement needed a full replacement, it would be sent off for a formal estimate. I received a quick update via WhatsApp with the quote, and once I gave the go-ahead, the watch was returned promptly. It’s running perfectly, and the one-year guarantee provides great peace of mind.
