Walked past this shop for a number of years - I had some jewllery I needed to check the quality and decided to use this establishment. The owner was incredibly polite and professional. I will be doing more business in the future. 5* customer service.

I recently visited Lewins Jewellers in Sutton to have my Sapphire and Diamond Ring repaired, I am very pleased with the result, they did a great job and as I was going away before Christmas they made a special effort to have my Ring back for me in time which I really appreciated.

Went in with my mum to see what we could get foe some bits and pieces that we have had stuffed the drawers for years 50+ and were very surprised. Firstly, he (Mr Lewin?) was so friendly and helpful , he gave us a good price in fact twice as much as I was offered in NZ. Mum and I were stoked.

I found the service to be extremely professional and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

I had a ring dipped from Gold to white Gold by Mehmet and his team. I was incredibly happy with the result and most definitely recommend Lewins. Mehmet and his team are friendly and make you feel comfortable even managing to fit the ring in for me. Will definitely use Lewins again.

Very approachable and professional customer service. Really interested in helping you choose a suitable item rather than sales based. Good selection of both new and secondhand jewellery - I love the new to me earrings my husband bought me for Christmas - a follow up from the new watch I bought him for our anniversary - in my opinion the best and most trustworthy jeweller in Sutton

Friendly but professionaladvice

Lewins is very professional. They really go the extra mile for their customers. Me and my family have shopped with them for many years and we have never had a bad experience. They are the best of the best and I couldn't recommend them enough. We have done general purchases, adjustments and repairs and they have delivered every time. If you're in the local area and need Jewellery then give them a chance as they will not let you down.

I had some gold I wanted to sell & saw Lewins & decided to go in. I was greeted by a lovely friendly man & we talked for a while, whilst the completeing the sale. I will definitley go back, for other services ie jewellery cleaning & possibly to buy some jewellery, as they have a lovely selection of items for sale.

Lewins are the only local jewellers I would trust. My family and I have used them many times for repairs and for purchases. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone! They are polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Great service and best price for resale of gold

Have bought many items of jewelry over the years from Lewinsky and have always been delighted with my purchases which have always been very fairly priced. The staff are delightful. Always very pleasant and helpful. Always a different atmosphere when dealing with a family run business rather than a chain. Recently I took some old gold and silver items that had been sitting in a drawer unworn for years. I was delighted with the price I got for them and felt I had been very fairly treated there. It is always my first port of call when either looking for an item or seeking advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
