I recently used Lextons to sell my house and was very happy with the excellent service they gave. Lots attention to details and kept me up to date with every development.
The personal service I received with my agent, Claudia, was brilliant. Everything went well from the photographer to final brochure and organising of a 'blitz' weekend of viewings. With the safety restrictions for Covid adding to the overall organisation.

I realise that everyone praises their Letting Agent when the property is let, a family has moved in and commissions have been paid, but I do think Lextons stand out.

If you want good advice with a gentle touch, I would recommend Simon and Sofia in the Lettings Department on 01273 56 77 66, who I found to be both personable and very proactive, finding a new family in 4 days, who tell me they are delighted with the their new home. As it costs nothing to get a quote and some top tips from an expert, I'd suggest calling Simon if you have or wish to rent a property in Hove. Good luck!

Peter helped us through what was a challenging time due to the time constraints of the Stamp Duty holiday. He remained very professional at all times and was an excellent communicator, keeping us up to date every step of the way. This helped things progress and we would definitely use Peter and Lextons again.

I just sold my house with Lextons and this is the second time that I have used them. Having dealt with a number of estate agents since moving to Brighton and Hove 14 years ago, Lextons are by far the best. Professional, honest and always available. We were selling a house in Hove and moving to a 16th Century Grade 2 listed farmhouse in Portslade Old Village. Peter, as well as dealing with my sale was always on hand to help and support us through such a complicated and convoluted transaction on our purchase side - going over 9 months. Honestly, if you're thinking of selling your house, or if you want to buy from an estate agent that you can actually trust (they are out there), then use Lextons.

After looking for a property for a good while I have had quite a bit of experience with estate agents. When I viewed the property with Lextons they were very professional, approachable and willing to actually help me. After the decision to go for the flat the communication has been exceptional from the reference checks to the contracts etc. I was dealing with Sofia and Simon who have been a pleasure to deal with. We worked with Peter at Lextons to sell our flat, and they also turned out to be the agent for the flat we were keen on and subsequently bought. We chose Peter for our sale as we appreciated his enthusiasm, experience in the Brighton market, and also that he is a pleasure to deal with (at the risk of offending a whole group of people, he's not very estate agenty!) He comes across as genuine, not overly pushy, and is more knowledgeable than many agents we crossed paths with in Brighton.
