Had an amazing experience with Peter from Lextons. One of the most informed and helpful estate agents in Hove. Always easy to get hold of and made the selling and buying process easier then the normal. Would highly recommend.

Me and my partner went to Lextons to help us with buying our first home together. The online pictures and floor plans were great and it was very easy to arrange viewings. From the moment we put an offer in and it was accepted we were supported. Peter deserves a special mention, he was fantastic. He communicated with us at every step of the process, making, what is usually a stressful experience, extremely enjoyable. I would highly recommend Oli from Lextons. It goes without saying estate agents have a reputation for being “typical sales people” and judging from the first few I met they sadly matched those stereotypes, which is why it was so genuinely refreshing to meet Oli and experience his honest, calm and considered approach at every point throughout the negotiations. Timely, organised and a true gent. I very much hope he stays in the business as, if I ever come to sell a property in the future, I will be calling him first.

Oli at Lextons recently managed the purchase of our dream house by the sea! A great personalised service received in both sale and purchase. Claudia looked after us throughout the process, with great communication, help through the normal sticking points and a real diligence in making sure that we were happy with how the process was going. If and when we buy our next home, we would pick up the phone to Claudia first for sure.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Having viewed a property previously the same week with Lextons I was amazed to be told whilst on a viewing we would not be considered for any offers made unless we list our sale with them as opposed to an alternative estate agent. The sales man Oliver was incredibly rude to my wife and I too when we refused to consider his ultimatum, he even swore at us. We were also told the property we were interested in had multiple offers on but still remains on the market a month later, bonkers! I'm sure the seller of the property would love to know that Lextons booked us in for a viewing and didn't even let us view it when we turned up.

Lextons constantly went above and beyond to try and create a smooth buying experience. Sadly, the purchase had a few ups and downs but Oliver remained professional and calm, often helping to weather the storm and get us past the finish line. Could not recommend him highly enough. Thank you!
