Fantastic quality and great customer service!

The order process is super quick and I had my glasses within the week. I purchased a pair of Damien / Black / Orange glasses and the quality is fantastic. They have a good weight to them and feel durable. They also help calm my eyes after a long day of staring at my computer in work. The customer service is also stellar. Thank you Emily!

Delivery cost issues

The glasses are good, there are no lies about the quality or the design on the website, you can trust Lexxola on this point.
Yet, you should know that if you order from a country that is not UK, you'll have to pay governmental taxes.
They usually cost between 30 and 50 dollars if you are in Europe. What I reproach to Lexxola is that they do not tell you this when you order, even if you mention your country of delivering when you buy the glasses.

Where do I even start! LOVE LOVE LOVE

First off these are some of the cutest sunglasses I have ever tried on. I got the Damiens and Sami and they make me feel so confident and fit so perfectly. You can feel the quality immediately even down to the super cute case they come in. I also wanted to give a review because I reached out to the customer service team with a question and they were super fast at answering and incredibly helpful (shout out to Emily). It was my first time ordering from Lexxola and as I am writing this I have 2 more pairs in my cart. This is exactly the type of business I want to support and is worth every penny! Do not order from here is you are in…

Do not order from here is you are in Europe. Not only do you have to pay a 50 Euro tax with UPS but UPS has also said that they tried to deliver the package. The delivery fee was already 18 Euros, so in total if you are in Europe or outside of the UK, you are going to have to pay 68 Euros in delivery. This was the worst experience I had with delivery.

Attention to all those who would like to order on their site and have the products returned to Europe, in my case, France. The brand does not tell you that you will have a customs tax of €40 to pay to the delivery person upon receipt in my case, for a product at €100. Extremely disappointed.

This brand is a scam. I ordered it after seeing it on Matilda Djerf's stories, the glasses were to small so I put in a request for a refund - they won't allow a refund of your money if you buy it on sale. This is against UK law, but they are somehow still in operation. I'm raising this to legal authorities, but want to warn people before buying

Absolutely obsessed with the product & customer support! I ordered a pair of glasses through Lexxola that didn't work out the first go around (my lenses were too thick for the frames). I was worried because I'm based in LA and feared that I wouldn't make the exchange window to get a new pair. Emily from the Community team was extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process. I finally got my new pair of frames and am completely obsessed. I feel sexy and confident in them (they're the Alba Carat's in Leopard). Overall, I'm the primarily happy that this exchange process was pleasant rather than a headache.
