It`s nice to see you Finally came to a resolution with one of my creditors , a little slow I might add and not enough communication leaving us in the dark on what is happening ? My other creditor Mercury is still waiting for a response ? It seems your Not paying nobody off with Liberty Money , your using my money as it adds up in my account, that is NOT what was discussed in the beginning. More Communication Liberty is what`s needed - e-mail preferred .

To clarify how the timeline works: your monthly deposit and program length are calculated based on your total enrolled debt amount, not on each individual settlement as it happens. So when one debt settles for less than the original balance, that reduces what you owe on that specific account, but it doesn't automatically shorten your overall program term, the deposit schedule was set at enrollment based on the full amount enrolled. I understand that can feel counterintuitive when a settlement lands, and we're happy to walk through your specific numbers with you if it would help.
On the credit report: this is a common and expected part of the debt settlement process. Because accounts are intentionally not being paid in full or on the original schedule while we negotiate, creditors typically report them as delinquent, charged-off, or settled for less than owed , which can cause a temporary dip in your score. This was outlined in your enrollment disclosures, but we know that doesn't make it feel any better in the moment, and we're glad to talk through what to expect as accounts continue to resolve.

The fact that LBR helped to resolve my issues made it an overall worthwhile decision. However, I did have difficulty reaching someone occasionally to get answers to my questions which caused me some frustration.
