My experience with Fabio was excellent. He looked into my HVAC ductwork claim and explained everything thoroughly. Great customer service. The issue seems to be with report the technician submitted to Liberty Home Guard.

We will not renew with this company the worst experience we’ve had with any home warranty company over the last 15 years. We opened up a claim on June 26, 2026 for a broken refrigerator water filter system here we are August 15, 2026 and it is still broken. I’ve had more than 15 phone conversations with different customer service reps who have been rude who have lied I’ve already paid our service fee and installation fee, but the company cannot find a technician in a timely manner to install the parts I would not recommend liberty home guard to anyone

Jayden Reed helped with a service claim and explained clearly the coverage and the resolution process. It was a good experience working with him and Liberty HomeGuard.

Mr. Luis Pena was very helpful and understood my circumstances. I am a 78 year-old Customer who wound up having two insurances covering the same period last year. I wish to cancel this coverage immediately and have the charges removed from my Citi Credit Card. Thank you for your assistance in this matter Gerald Miller 480-550-0091.

I have had several claims with these folks. In July 2026 I had an emergency water heater situation (water leaking from the bottom of the heater). To be honest, I forgot I had the coverage. As I said, it was an emergent situation. It occured to me a couple of weeks later that I had this coverage. I filed a claim to be reimbursed for something. I was not expecting to get a full reimbursement, but I would have been satisfied with a partial reimbursement. The "resolution department (more like the declination department)" called me today and declined the claim. I have to fight on every claim.
I would NEVER recommend Liberty Home Guard. They are not easy to deal but they are good at denying claims. Great job LHG!!

I have been really frustrated with Liberty and my call earlier today was horrible. The gentleman just read a script and talked around my questions. He also promised me an email that never came. Fabio got a very frustrated person and was calm and clear and talked to me about my options and what to do. He was informative and very easy to talk with. I would give him 10 stars if possible.

I have an issue with the temperature of my shower going from hot to cold and extreme temperatures it doesn't keep a static temperature. They sent a tech out to diagnose it and then a separate trip to fix it. After they said it was fixed we found it was still not working and actually worse. Called customer service and tried to get a different company to perform the work because I wasn't confident of the company that fixed it initially and the representative told me they could put a request in but wasn't guaranteed. I said I'd like to speak to a supervisor but they told me if the reason was to dispute that the supervisor wouldn't be able to help. I said I'd like to still speak to a supervisor they refused without a reason and I said I'm not happy with this and I'd like to speak to a supervisor still refused and more or less hung up on me. Called for a supervisor took 15 minutes of waiting on hold and then told me they would call me back. Once called back determined they wouldn't be able to switch the provider and it would have to go for review. I asked how long the review and they said two days. I said ok forget the review just have the company come out again. Still waited like a day and a half and now they just took it upon themselves to schedule the date and time of the service without consulting me just an email. No idea if a different provider has been selected based off the email. Really dislike the way they operate and you need to follow up with them to figure out what's going on, and I shouldn't have been hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor.

I paid $3k plus for a whole home policy 2 years ago. I called about 3 WEEKS ago about my ac being out. I have just now received a call that they cannot find a technician and that I should find one. 3 WEEKS! As like most of the country we are having near record heat, I had to buy a window unit (what I could afford as I'm disabled) that is too small and keeps my home at 83°. I don't even want to see what my power bill is going to be. Then I was told that I would have to pay to get it fixed out of pocket once it is "approved", and they would reimburse me. As stated above, I'm disabled. I don't have that kind of money. On top of that they took $70 out of my account just to "open" the claim. There has got to be a better way to conduct business.
Please do your due diligence before going with this company.

Jayen was a pleasure to deal with. Did not know a cracked oven door was outside my contract but they repaired it at a discount. Appreciate
