No Response from Licotronic
We have made an order at the start of July and paid as well, but licotronic has been on leave since. Our amount is stuck, no update on the inventory and nobody is responding from them by email or call. All we have is that they are on leave and will be back in 31 weeks, but it is week 34, and still nothing. Worst experience this time.

Hello. what a crap site! I ordered 2 months ago some protective glass for smart phone and even now I have not received any sign from them. some jegos that I paid for nothing. scammers with proper documents. you write to them and the thieves say that they are on vacation, that's a month to wait. then you contact them and you have nowhere to go. cheat Contact me, scammers, if you don't like the review, I've been trying to find you for a long time. Extremally Happy with Purchase
Writing in English as easier for me.
Was a little worried when I saw some of the recent reviews however my experience was very positive.
Ordered on Thursday morning, by early afternoon on Friday it had been confirmed and later on in the day it was with the delivery company and with my by Saturday morning.
Would shop again, best price I could find and very quick processing time.

I had my doubts (the initial confirmation E-Mail stressing "Please note that the purchase is only binding when we have sent you an order confirmation." made me fear the worst.)
The "expected new stock" also caused me concern.
The new stock came when they said, they dispatched the same day, brand new X-Box arrived today - ahead of schedule.
Will definitely buy from Licotronic again.

Don't buy from this seller....ever, I ordered 32gbs DDR5 6000mhz desktop ram I got 32gbs DDR4 3200mhz laptop ram. I have sent the DDR4 back to them 2 weeks ago and I still have not got a refund for it. I have emailed them 5 times and called once.

We received the package back into our warehouse Friday the 3rd. of June and we had national Holiday Monday but we have credited you yesterday and in general we cannot be responsible for how long it takes to send the package from Ireland to Denmark. Its by normal postal service and not Express service so maybe you should be realistic before complaining this way. Its not fair.

ARE YOU ORDERING OR WAITING FOR A GRAPHIC CARD SO READ THIS!
We are experiencing heavy increase in inquiries by e-mail about the delivery of orders with graphics cards and we can not keep up with the speed at which they land. All dates that appear on the individual item are ETA "Expected" date and are not an expression that we can promise that the item arrives that day. All dates are loaded automatically from our suppliers and at the moment we see that all dates, regardless of which model graphics card is in question, are moved to new expected delivery date. There may be a single day where an item does not have an expected date and this is because the individual suppliers do not have a date they can sign up. But then wait just one more day to see if the date is uploaded and if not then call finally and we hope so we can answer questions about delivery.
We would also recommend that you sign up for "Stock monitoring" on the item (s) you have ordered and which are not in stock so that you are automatically notified by your email when the item is registered in our supplier's stock.
Latest news as of Friday the 19th. is that we might se some smaller deliveries during mid/end Marts and onward but we wont see firm steady and big deliveries before August. This is what we know at present and this situation is a worldwide problem and we have no more information to give at the moment. Hope for your understanding.

Our mailbox is overfloating with mails from customers asking different questions but also sending the same questions again and again and we cannot keep up to the big amount of mails at present and sorry for that. At present we have 372 mails unanswered mails and maybe we can answer 20 or 50 each day bot not on Mondays due to the many orders we need to attend to placed on out shop during weekend. So today and tomorrow we have another +100 mails in with orders and on top of that many more questions. So it’s a never ending story.
That’s why we ask on our the autoreply we send out that it´s much better if you give us a call on the phone if any questions in relation to orders or if one like to cancel the order placed with us.
I think you are familiar with the situation on the marked true out the world and no one can supply graphic card at present no matter which name the manufacturer have.
The best thig I can suggest you is to put the product you have in order under “stock watch” which mean that you will automatically get notice once the product arrive at our suppliers warehouse.
Hope to have answers you question and that it make sense to you.

It works, but it was not a seamless experience for me.
Immediately after seeing my review (shown at the end) I got contacted by licotronic and the order bottleneck was resolved in the matter of seconds. The management is capable, i got my stuff in the end with a bit of extra waiting, and the prices were super competitive. This happened during the holiday season.
Old review:
Not worth the money you (might think you can) save. Almost two weeks of waiting and still no update or response from them... I just wish that I went with any of the 13 other options I had to purchase the items.

Lousy customer service and false claims

Følgende påstande fra Licotronics svar passer ikke:
"vi har løbende informeret dig på mail om at varen stadig ikke er på lager og det har du jo accepteret.". Jeg har selv skrevet og spurgt til en opdatering d. 14/10, hvor jeg får et svar uden en dato eller anden brugbar information. De lægger blot ansvaret over på deres leverandør og foretager sig ikke yderligere her. Derudover er det mailen det her handler om, hvor næste kommunikation foregår.
Udover det, har jeg INTET modtaget fra Licotronic, med nogen form for opdatering, uden at jeg selv har taget kontakt, så at de skulle have opdateret mig løbende er en falsk påstand.
"Så det er lidt, for ikke at sige meget svært, at vi skulle kunne overholde en dato du så i oktober måned ved bestilling når varen stadig ikke er tilgængelig på markedet i kraft af at HP åbenbart har overskredet deres egne forventninger om hvornår produktet vil blive releaset hvilket også tydeligt fremgår ved en simpel Google & Pricerunner søgning".
Dette er et enormt flabet svar og passer heller ikke. HP har på bestillingstidspunktet meldt, at de forventer at kunne udsende i start november / start december. Den info har holdt fra bestillingstidspunktet og indtil Licotronic annullerer min ordre, på baggrund af information fra deres leverandør, om at de ikke er i stand til at få enheder hjem, til den tid andre forhandlere kan.
Alt ved Licotronics behandling af denne sag har været enormt træls og respektløst.
Had ordered a HP Reverb G2, during the pre-order period (pre-release), didn't get any updates for several weeks. Contacted Licotronic to find out what the status was, after which my order gets canceled, as they write that their distributor can't deliver the order before february 2021 (4 months after the order was placed / 3 months after release date).
At the time I placed the order (9th October), Licotronic had an expected delivery date noted on the item page of end October. I mistakenly took this as an indication that they would at least be able to deliver on the releasedate.
Little did I know, that they had no clue whatsoever, about when their distributor could deliver, despite advertising with expected delivery dates on their website.
After trying to blame the pandemic which I know is not the culprit and canceling my order, Licotronic presented it as a solution to my problem. It is however not, as they have wasted my time, with false advertisement.
Seemingly the fact is though, that this shop is merely a front for distributors, run by amateurs who do not take any responsibility for what they are selling (or advertising to sell).
I wouldn't trust this bunch of amateurs with any purchase again. Rotten customer service.

Så det er falsk påstand at vi ikke har svaret og jeg har som bevis gensendt dig den mail hvor vi svare på dine spørgsmål. Mail er nu gensendt i dag den 5/11-20 kl. 11:38.
Den 1/11 sender du igen en mail hvor du nu skriver at du har læst at HP er ved at udsende varen til forhandlere hvilket må have været i et andet land for HP Danmark er ikke ved at udsende noget på det tidspunkt. Hertil svare vi af du nok ikke skal forvente at varen kommer på vores marked i år for vi har netop fået en opdateret forventet leveringsdato der nu hedder den 12/2. Som god service og for ikke at binde din bestilling og det reserveret beløb unødigt længe så annullere vi din bestilling så du får frie hænder til at gå ud og bestille varen et andet sted, da du åbenbart har set at der måske er andre der kan levere før os. Det bliver så taget negativt og bliver til en gang mudderkastning hvilket vi ikke helt forstår.

Vi kan kun forholde os til hvad vores distributør melder ud.
Vi handler ikke direkte med HP men det gør vores leverandør.
Ved ikke lige hvad du mener med at vi tager imod forudbestillinger for du har jo ikke forudbestilt denne vare og vi har aldrig haft "Pre-order" på varen. Du har bestilt en vare som ikke var på lager da du bestilte men varen havde en forventet leveringsdato på det tidspunkt du bestilte. Det kan godt være at der er tale om en helt ny vare fra HP men den har på intet tidspunkt været annonceret som en "Pre-order vare" hos os. Så hvor du har det fra er mig forstår jeg ikke og det må stå for egen regning. Men det fremgår meget tydeligt hos HP at man kan Pre-order hos dem.
Varen er stadig ikke blevet releaset fra HP og er ikke sendt på markedet og den står med en tekst der hedder "Coming soon" hvilke fremgår af dette link.

Datoen er blevet flyttet jævnligt og der kommer dato ændringer løbende og datoen jeg skrev til dig i går er nu ændret igen så den nu hedder den 12/11-20. Så hverken HP eller vores distributør kan komme med datoer som er 100% sikre og de er kun vejledende så derfor hedder det "Forventet"
Vi kan desværre ikke gøre så meget ved det da vi ikke selv kan producerer varen og vi tror den store forsinkelse også bunder i at fabrikkerne igen køre på halv kraft grundet Corona pandemien og der hersker så også en generel komponentmangel på verdensmarked.
Du er i din gode ret til at have din holdning til at Corona nok ikke har stor indflydelse på hvad der sker i verden men der er jeg er langt fra enig med dig og jeg sidder på den sidde af et skrivebord hvor vi dagligt kan se hvilken stor indflydelse det har både for vores distributører og producenter for slet ikke at tale om de menneskelige aspekter.
Din bemærkning om vores håndtering af din bestilling og din skarpe udmelding er tæt på injurie så vi vil rapportere denne anmeldelse da dit ordvalg når det oversættes fra Engelsk er meget upassende.

They are good, but there is room for improvement.
Review update: Gave them 1 * on Wednesday, change it to 3 *** now.
They were not the fastest in replying and handling my issue but as soon as I “ yelled out” ( hypothetically not literally 😁 here I refer to the complain over to phone, and one * on trip advisor), they understood how important was for me to get the screen, and fixed the issue and got me a new one in less than two days. Thank you so much! Highly, highly appreciated.
We chosed Licotronic based on the price and the great reviews they have, and I am sorry to say, but so far they did not live up to the 4,5 rate.
We ordered a screen which was delivered with a defect almost two weeks ago. We created a case immediately and almost two weeks later the case is not resolved, and I don't have a screen to work on :(.
We have just received and email saying that we should contact the producer. I don’t think we should ever deal with anyone, but the seller which is Licotronic, which should afterwards deal with the distributor/ producer. Never happened to receive faulty products before, but I doubt that this is how other shops are handling similar maters.
I really hope this is going to get solved soon!

Im very surprised to read this because we have just send you the box we received from our distributor. We can only assume the content of the box is complete with everything when we receive in our warehouse and if the box dont have any signs of being open we really cant now.
