This is really sad and also not very justified.

You placed order on a new products which were not on stock when you placed your order and we have also send notice to you on mail that we cant give any firm delivery date because our supplier dont have any confirm date. We have receive only very few and we are not even closed to have received so we can fulfil all orders placed before your order.

Trust me! We are doing the best we can to get these from our supplier and we are almost in daily contact but we are meet by the usual same arrogance each and every time and with the answer “You will get them once we have them in our warehouse.”
So we are really frustrated and we even change our price to a higher level so we would not get to many orders and therefor maybe to many disappointed customers.

Hi Puneet
Our supplier had only 1 pcs. ”Belkin Rockstar headphone” on stock when you order and this was also shown under stock availability and the last one were sold to another customer just before your order came in but we just had it delivered from our supplier today so you order is now packaged and on its way to you.

I’m sorry for this delay and that you also had to suffer from closed national holiday Thursday and that we also had closed Friday as most other companies.
Also with this review you have reminded us to change the text on our order confirmation so its the same as what we inform as delivery time on our shop under "delivery terms"

Levering:
Der leveres enten med Postnord eller GLS og typisk fra dag til dag når vare er på eget lager og ellers skal man forvente 1-3 dages levering når vare leveres fra fjernlager. Vi kan levere i hele Norden og indenfor EU.

As a small token of good will and the fact that we should had contacted you Wednesday and informed this delay, we have removed freight and send you free of charge.

SERIUS! will you really react this way and harm us due to a product with a value off kr. 18- being end off life (EOL)

Once we got the news from our supplier we send you notice that the product was out of stock and out of production so that why we cant get it anymore. Its not us being unable to deliver but the manufacture has end the production of the product.

We do all we can to deliver fast and without any problems but we don’t have any magic wand so we just can due a magic gesture in the air and get products out off the blue. I wish we could but that’s only a real magician who is able to do that and we aren’t magician, but we are problem solvers and do what ever it takes to get the products in but onlye the ones exciting in the market.

We try to do our very best and even treads orders to kr. 18 with our usual high service and in the same way we tread bigger orders.

All customers are important to us and all reviews are also important but I did not in my wildest fantasy see this review coming after we send you notice about the product being EOL.

I really don’t hope you have bigger world problems because I wonder how you will react to that 🤔

Hi Diego
you chosed to order a product which wasent on stock when you placed the order and we mention no expected delivery date, so we needed to wait until we could get it from stock again which we had Friday but due to late arrive we couldent manage to ship same day we received but we shipped today monday.

If you have send us any mail it must be somewhere out in hyper space because we havent received any mail from you and we checked all mail accounts and you mail is not to be found. We always answer mails from our customers within few hours and most customers give us credits here on Trustpilot for answering within few hours so Im disapointed that we could not give you the same experience, but sense no mail no reply.
