Unpleasant cashier in Nynashamn, no hello or thank you or anything. Just bad vibes and the most expensive item was scanned twice. Overcharging, be carefull. Nothing good to say.

Good prices, vegetables, especially cauliflower, is the best in Sweden I've bought. I also like that each week there is a focus on food from a different country which creates variety.

I am a regular shopper at Lidl. I have noticed that they are really tricking people now by confusing prices and offers with grams and hg. And when you point things out they say its Germany that puts the prices. Seriously! Don't trick people... and I suggest to anyone to check their kvitto carefully.

Lidl has a way to offer a wide variety of products from all unknown corners of the world...s.
The staff feels like a mix between warehouse workers and office supperdesk (they all carry cheap headset's)

If there was an option to select 0 star, that would be my choice. Never seen such a shop with so bad service.

Greatest store in Sweden. Between all these stores that lie and rip you off in Sweden, Lidl is one of the few honest and more 'normal' stores. No extreme advertising, no pushy sales-tactics, just good stuff for a good price.

Most of the products price changes very quickly and high. We used to buy olive jar and it was 14 SEK Swedish kron and suddenly in one week they changed the price to 19 SEK , which is very weird. Weekly offer is very weird as well. For example they had coffee powder box for 30 SEK but you can get for 30 IF YOU SPEND 200 SEK in Lidl.

Lidl is one of the supermarkets that I like but I have a bad impression about them. I bought items with a discount of 30% and they forgot to give me the discount. When I checked the prices at home because I trust them, I saw their mistake. Then I went back to the supermarket after two hours since it is not far from my address. I showed the receipt and explained what happened. The employee wanted to check the prices. Then he followed me and checked by himself and then said it is right.
As I told him they should think about this problem because many people can not come back to the shop, he changed the tune and called someone else. He said they put the discount after I bought and tried to give me a meanless justification.
After I insisted, I got my money back discount.

My questions are :

Is this a systematic way to cheat the customers or lack of employees training?
Whey do they try to put the blame on the customer even though it is their mistake?

Bought cheese and when I opened the package at home the whole cheese was molded. I have sent sereval messages to your customer service and haven't received an answer.. this was about a month ago. I would like asap a response!

They have not so much variety of products but the prices are fantastic and the quality is ok, not worse than other supermarkets.
The bread/bakery is great and they have fruit and vegetables with a very good price.
Thumbs up.
