Chris from Lifebroker is excellent in following up and getting my insurance set in place in efficient matter. I was late for my payment, but he made sure I was not charged late payment fee or get my premiums cancelled, so thanks a lot Chris!

Prompt and personal service
I had to update my personal details and also realised I hadn't previously received a copy of my policy documents. I made a call and left a message for someone to get back to me. Chris Anderson messaged me the next day and promptly made the necessary changes and also emailed through the documents I requested. I really appreciate the priority service I received.
