I had life insurance with Zurich through Lifebroker. Recently, I wanted to reduce my premium and was in contact with Chris Anderson. He was very helpful and provided me with relevant information and forms that I needed to provide to alter my policy and followed up to make sure I submitted the document on time so the reduced installment amount would take effect from next pay cycle. I would recommend him.

I had a problem with Zurich Insurance. Lifebroker who originally arranged the policy for me, stepped in to help. Thanks to their superstar team member, Sogand Gravina, the complex issue was finally resolved after many months. Sogand persisted with it even when I had all but given up hope and she eventually got Zurich to rectify the issue. I have been training people in customer service for years and I can honestly say that Sogand Gravina is a shining example of what great customer service can be like. Thank you, Sogand.

I've shockingly loved this process so far. I had a rough start with my first attempts at finding a fund with Suncorp who pretty coldly ended my options with them in the early stages when I told them I had bowel disease. To be fair that's pretty scary to be immediately told your life won't be covered because presumably.. it's you're a bit more likely to die. Tough thing to hear as your first step into the life insurance realm.

I'm not too familiar with any of this and didn't see myself moving through these motions at this age but I'm the sole guardian of my underaged little brother and needed to find a way to protect him. Being given the info that you're more of a liability to a life insurance fund is pretty scary considering you're getting the insurance already because you're worried about dying!

I popped in a half hearted request online after this and I heard back from David pretty soon, and have worked with him ever since. Right from the get go he was a genuine breath of fresh air - I went from talking to a computer of a human who had to read out yards of legal terms to tell me there's no chance they're helping me, to this lovely guy making kind, light-hearted jokes about the weather differences between our cities, already pretty personal to even take note of that! He's been nothing like that robotic process and has just been so so human in how he's guided me through it all. He's been genuine and heartfelt at the sensitivity of the topic when needed rather than professionally cold. As I mentioned I really don't know anything about this kind of thing and he has absolutely tirelessly educated me, answering any kind of question as best he can and changing our plans completely when I ask with zero hesitation and so much warmth. He genuinely seems to remember who I am and where we left off each time so I don't feel worried that he's on the wrong page or I'm misunderstood, and he has never come across as pushy, salesly or with any other agenda than to genuinely help me.

I'm honestly so grateful that the Suncorp claim was a flop because going through a broker has just been so much nicer and less daunting than I imagined or have ever dealt with. The biggest upside to going this way is that the reason Suncorp wouldn't take me on was because they don't underwrite their claims, meaning they do a sort of pre-approval for now, but when it comes to making the claim when they check into everything, they might find something they don't like and not approve it - the worst drama to leave people behind with. Lifebroker's approach though has been finding funds that will take me on regardless of my medical condition, do their full research to assess my situation and underwrite the claim now so that I know I actually am properly insured.

I also love that for the duration of my cover I'll have the team by my side to liaise with rather than having to go through the insurance company itself, it just feels a lot more like you have someone on your side. I haven't quite finished the process yet but suffice to say, would recommend.

I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Robert today, and I must say that his help was truly invaluable. I was in a situation where I was unsure about how to proceed, and Robert not only answered my questions but went above and beyond to guide me through it.

Robert's friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and his customer service skills were outstanding. He took the time to ensure that I understood everything clearly and was patient throughout the entire process.

Chris provides continuous exceptional service and is always happy to help.

Definitely an assest to the company and deserves all good things that come his way.

I recently request some documents from Lifebroker, that was requested by our Superannuation Accountant and Auditor, due to requirement from ATO.

I emailed to Lifebroker, usually I will get a respond may be few day or a week after, this time I get a prompt responded by your staff "Sogand Gravina", she responded me quick and efficiently, I really surprised by her services, I am greatly appreciated.

Wow, what exceptional customer service! I have been emailing and talking with Sogand for a few weeks. She was patient and friendly as we went back and forth on our risk assurance needs. I changed my mind many times and asked her for so many quotes until I found the right fit for my husband and I. I was never made to feel like a bother. Sogand is a real asset to the organisation, if I was on the look out for a new employee, I would snatch her up :)

Sogand was lovely, even though she called because a payment had not gone through.

And then she was helpful with some policy information and put me through to an another area.

She then checked I had my answers and I told her I got disconnected, she asked if she could do anything further.

First point of contact with Willaim Huang, created the tone for the service. He was courteous, friendly and willing to help. Asked my needs and then proceeded to advise me accordingly.
