Must open a paypal account and they don't tell you that!

They don't tell you but...you can't earn reward on LifePoints without a paypal account! So you must expose you bank account information to hackers to get rewards like gift card! This site is a scam.

Legitimate and trusted

I’ve been with Lifepoints for many years now. They are one of the best survey sites. They don’t expect you to spend 40 minutes of your valuable time to end up earning 10p like some I could mention. They pay out. There are fewer screen outs than many other survey sites. Their customer service is responsive on the odd occasion there is a problem. I’d give 5 stars if payouts were quicker- It tends to take about 5 days when other sites are immediate. That said, I think they are well worth joining.

The main thing I love about this survey…

The main thing I love about this survey app is that I'm not tempted to sit around all day taking surveys for pennies. I like the fact that I get a few surveys now and again or even every other day, so there's no chance of me getting bored of repeating all my information and getting brain fog at the same time! The surveys are well paid in my opinion and they're never long or monotonous. I especially enjoy filling in the diaries too! No complaints whatsoever from me regarding life points, it's definitely one of the best!

I have no been able to do surveys for…

I have no been able to do surveys for over 2 months now. When they added the little login deal, and I hit login, it sits and spins, several people have tried to help but no luck, someone needs to get this fixed, I have been a lifepoint person for at least 6 or 7 years or more

i'm not sure what your asking me to do, Lifepoint people have all the errors that I have sent them

Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. Made an account gave them all my info, and when I tried to redeem, I had to wait 5 days for them to then tell me the gift card I redeemed was out of stock (how does that make sense with a virtual gift card) so then I tried to redeem another one and it wouldn’t work so I had to contact them only for them to suspend my account because I “did not meet their quality standards” and refused to answer why due to “security”. I answered everything in good faith, they stole my labor and most likely sold my information. This seems to be a running theme with them. Do yourselves a favor and go try branded surveys

Suspended for no reason

I have used the site for a while, I tried to cash out and my account was suspended, no explanation or anything, I have experienced this on another site too.
I looked through the terms and conditions and was unable to find any reason my account would be suspended, the company for their part only directed me to the terms and conditions as a reason, still have not disclosed any reason and won't give me any details. Extremely disappointing, thankfully, I am a member of other sites where explanations and payouts aren't an issue

This company was originally legit before they changed their name and points were paid out without problem however I redeemed my points at the $100 mark and suddenly my account was shut down and I never received the gift vouchers. I have continually tried to contact them for over 12 months. They claim that I cancelled the account. I did not. You do the work, they redeem your vouchers.
I have now been blocked from requesting them to reinstate my account and pay out my earnings.

Says I've tried logging in too many…

Says I've tried logging in too many times, which I haven't plus when there is a "survey" I never qualify, or I am too late, after getting that notification. The payouts are horrendous. Don't waste your time on this sorry excuse of surveys.

After a thorough review, I have confirmed your membership and/or participation did not meet our quality standards and your account has been suspended. As a result, you are no longer able to participate in our LifePoints Community and all unused LifePoints (LP) are forfeited and outstanding redemption orders have been cancelled.

For security purposes, I am unable to provide specific details regarding the suspension or the criteria used in our security checks.

I Raised Ticket About Account Suspend They Said They Cannot Explain Why Account Suspended.

After Some Days I Opened A New Gmail And I Raised A Ticket Regarding New Account Opening On LifePoints Guss What They Replied Yes You Can SignUp And To Become A Member, Simply Visit Our Registration Page And Complete The Signup Process. Once You Confirm Your Email Address And Create Your Account, You Can Start Participating In Surveys Right Away.

My Question Is To LifePoints If I Open New Account On LifePoint Survey,Then They Will Suspend My Account Again And I Cannot Redeem Points In LifePoints It's Completely Waste of Time And Money That I Cannot Redeem All My Hard Wok Are Gone.

Was a member of the panel for over 10…

Was a member of the panel for over 10 years then for a reason only know to them- oh wait wasn't up to their standards I was no longer allowed to participate on their platform they also keep the points I earned . When I asked why their only response was for security reasons . Has of last Nov. I completed a survey was compensated then removed. They way I found out about this was to contact them asking why I haven't received I hadn't received any surveys . They don't tell inform you of being removed and the only reason they give is you don't meet our standards. As far as I can recall all my responses have honest .

EDIT: I'd already contacted their pathetic excuse for customer support FOUR times before I wrote this review! My review STANDS AS IS!! YOUR COMPANY IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM THAT COLLECTS PEOPLE'S PERSONAL INFORMATION! signing up, there's multiple surveys available. After you finish the sign-up process, which consists of giving them your personal information, they'll ban your account without any reason. Then they say that they can't tell you why they closed your account due to "security reasons." BS! They just collect people's information in order to flood them with spam and sell your info. AVOID THESE SCUM BAGS! These parasites should be shut down immediately! Lowest forms of life on the planet! PARASITES SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
