They are crap

They are crap. Suspended so no surveys available. I answered their surveys in good faith. I'll stick to Branded Surveys much better.

Don't waste your time

After completing surveys I submitted my redemption which should have gone to my Venmo account. After about a week I realized I hadn't received it. Checked email and found that my points had been returned to my balance and the redemption cancelled by LifePoints. I added my PayPal account and yet again, unsuccessful. After contacting support to see what the issue could be, I received an email stating that my membership doesn't meet their quality standards and has been suspended. As a result, I am no longer able to complete surveys and all unused points were forfeited. What a load of shit. Don't waste your time....

I was permanently banned after applying…

I was permanently banned after applying for my gift card. No explanation was given. My reward card was not given. Basically after spending a lot of time answering their surveys I was cut off and not paid. After looking into it I have found many, many people this has happened to in exactly the same way. I believe they are scamming the public and pocketing the money. If I knew how I would start a class action lawsuit up against them

Very bad app and customer support

I created my account almost 2 months ago for very first time in their app but, no survey appears any time and their support team just kepp delaying and sending same messages again and again for over a month. After then almost one and half a month they send message that they have suspended my account and never told me the reason behind it.. and keep ignoring my messages then after. So please don't use this app for survey because it is fake and they are just fraudibg everyone

No stars really needs to be an option

No stars really needs to be an option, as this was a complete & frustrating waste of time. Once I finally had enough points to redeem, I was instantly pissed @ payout options, which were NOT explained prior. Don't bother w/this one - not worth it. Too frustrating.

Morally questionable business model - Don’t waste your time

I hope people do see this review before signing up and giving away all of their data for free. I answered honestly, gave hours of my time, loads of my personal information and when it came time to withdraw the money my account was suspended with no real answer of what went wrong and when I questioned it twice they passed it on to their team but I never heard back. They got my data and my time but I received nothing, so whilst some may get paid on this app there is a VERY high chance looking at the other reviews which I wished I’d done so before that they will get to exploit your labour and personal data for their own financial gain without ever compensating you. It’s one thing to suspend someone’s account but another to then also not compensate them for what they’ve already done - in my opinion this app has operates on a morally questionable basis and I’m disappointed I gave it a chance.

Always went well until

Always went well, until last week or so, no matter how I try always getting email after 5 days saying out of stock, 5,10 on pay pal and Amazon etc, points go back on account so what's really going on???? Not happy

Very disappointed with LifePoints…

Very disappointed with LifePoints after investing alot of my free time towards many surveys. All of a sudden no more surveys sent, no email/messages to explain why until I asked and according to their people there was an issue with me meeting their policy standards? Coincidentally I had almost 3000pts I hoped to redeem but they were forfeited without any prior explanation as to why I wasn't able to redeem for a gift card which I intentionally accrued more points to gift it to my daughter..
Safe to say that I feel very let down, that my time has been used, gained and wasted and that there is a severe lack of communication/disclosure to explain why they suspend accounts of conscientious surveyors..

I wish I could give no stars

I wish I could give no stars. Had my account taken away a couple of years ago with no communication no email, nothing. Thought I’d sign up again ( completely different details) and give it a try and this time didn’t even get a survey, when I questioned them got told my account had been suspended within days of opening it but again can’t possibly tell you why! Apparently it’s against security. Seems to be if you do it too much and take too many rewards they don’t let you back. Absolute scammers!!

Realistic

Over the many years of being with LifePoints, I'd say that it is the most realistic survey site I have been on. There are no fake promises of huge payouts in a short space of time. The customer service is very quick and they once restored my points when a survey screened me out 20min into it. Sometimes the surveys are very long, and it takes a long time (months!) to get enough points to cash out, but it is worth it. Checking the actual site everyday is much more reliable than waiting for emails, and the more surveys you do, the more you get.

They will close your account without warning or explanation!

I was a member of LifePoints for over 2 years. Answered all surveys honestly and with my honest OPINION. Cashed out several times also. Then I had an issue with a digital gift card and contacted them about it. After that issue was resolved, they closed my LifePoints account, took my points, and told me that they closed it due to not meeting the community standards. WHAT??? After 2 years, I all of a sudden didn't meet the standards. Ok. I have also noticed a lot of people having the same problem. They were great for a while. Just be aware, it can happen to you. No explanation given as to what I supposedly did wrong.

Too much work for no benefit

From day one there were very few surveys on my dashboard. I could usually complete only one survey before all of the other surveys previously on my dashboard would disappear. Tech support had no advice other than logout and login again to reset, but no luck.

After many weeks of doing one survey a day my account was suddenly suspended and the 1000+ points I had finally accumulated were stolen from me.

Survey Junkie, Ipsos iSay, E-Rewards and Opinion Miles Club work better and actually pay you (minimally) for taking surveys.

Do not trust this brand at all

Do not trust this brand at all. I have been a member of many survey panels for many years and have not had any issues. Today i randomly receive a notice from LifePoints panel that my account was cancelled. I had about $50 in rewards i was ready to cash out which they cancelled also. They would not give me a reason as to why they cancelled my account. I protested and wrote how unfqair it is to just cancel account and take away rewards and not give a reason. I also stated maybe a warning was deserved if i did something wrong. They did not care and did not want to hear it. I guess they just want you to do their surveys and if you get too many rewards they deactivate you so they don't have to pay you out. If you want to make some extra money there are more trustworthy sites like branded surveys, swagbucks, etc. This brand is very shady. Use at your own risk

I would not recommend Life Points…

I would not recommend Life Points survey portal. This platform also does not pay out the points you have already accumulated. They simply claim that you did not meet their requirements and then block your account.
I understand that if you do not meet the requirements for certain surveys, you simply should not participate in them. That is completely normal and acceptable. However, taking away points that were already earned and accumulated feels very unfair and unprofessional.
In my opinion, this kind of practice is disappointing and does not build trust with users.
I believe this kind of practice should be prohibited by their regulatory authorities. Users deserve transparency, fairness, and protection. In my opinion, this behaviour is disappointing and does not build trust with users.
