If i could give zero star i would🥹 i hate this damn website. I already reach the payout and already requested for it but they email me and said it was out of stock then when i want to redeem another they said there was an error. When I check in with them, they banned my account for no apparent reason and they quote 'For security purposes, I am unable to provide specific details regarding the suspension or the criteria used in our security checks. bla bla' and nowww when I answer survey from another website and it directed me to life points they didn't give my points for that website eventho I answer until the end they said I wasn't qualified. BROKEN WEBSITE

Absolutely horrible survey panel. My account has been suspended without any explanation. I went on holiday abroad for 7 days. I did inform LifePoints in advance in order to avoid the suspension of my account (it happened again in the past just because I opened an email/survey invitation). I never used the LifePoints app during my holidays and always waited to return back to the UK to resume any surveys/questionnaires. Again LifePoints suspended my account without any explanation (only stating the following:
"You are no longer able to participate in our LifePoints Community and all unused LifePoints (LP) are forfeited and outstanding redemption orders have been cancelled"

Unacceptable customer service/ survey panel - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

LIFEPOINTS IS A GENUINE SURVEY.
I'M SURE THAT WITH THE FOLLOWING IT HAS EVERY CONSUMER'S CAN NOT BE HANDLED AS TIMELY AS EXPECTED.
GENUINE IF CASHOUT REWARDS AND NOTEABLE OF IT'S HISTORY AS A CONSUMER -BOARD CERTIFIED BUISNESS.I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER WELL OVER 20YEARS.

LifePoints is completely unreliable and borders on a scam. I’ve experienced repeated issues: my reward was out of stock after waiting a week, and when I tried to select another, the site forced me to add a PayPal account—which I refuse to share. On top of that, I haven’t received any surveys at all.

I contacted support, including their team members, but nothing has been resolved. This platform appears more focused on taking users’ time and information than delivering rewards. I would warn anyone thinking of using LifePoint's: it’s frustrating, untrustworthy, and feels like a fraud.

Great response from Customer Service. Site works really well and I am happy with LifePoints.

Been with them for ages, they let me build up over 900 points then suspended my account. No warning and not able to redeem, beware!

They blocked my account with 851 points on without the possibility of claiming them.
When email them to ask why they refused to tell me the reason. That's so outrageous. This is their reply:
Hello Laurentiu.
I have reviewed your account again to ensure all factors were considered.
Regrettably, as previously communicated, your account has been suspended due to your participation and/or membership not meeting the quality standards required by our panel. This suspension is indefinite.
For security reasons, we are unable to disclose specific details regarding the decision.
I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I assure you it was not made lightly. However, this action is necessary to preserve the integrity of our panel and fulfill our commitments to our clients.
So, for years I was alright and then suddenly no. Hard to understand and it seems I’m not the only one in this situation

Having just submitted a review outlining LifePoint's decision to suspend my account I had a look at other folks' reviews of the company and was shocked to see the number of reviews by people experiencing the same thing during the past few weeks.
This suggests to me that the company may be in trouble and is using spurious excuses to avoid pay outs, Again avoid this lot like the plague.

P.S. I received a response from LifePoints to the above telling me to get in touch with their 'Help Section'. I had done this prior to writing the review and received the same bland response - no reason given for the account suspension. I've now seen even more reviews showing that many long term users of this company have had their accounts suspended and points (money) confiscated. This is highly suspicious not to mention dishonest.

I redeemed my reward on november 18, and recieved a code on november 22, 2025. I filled out the form for the e-gift reward and submitted it. I saw that it was marked as successful.
It was stated that the process would take 1-3 days, but as of now the reward has not been credited to my Gcash account. This has happened twice already. I hope this issue can be given proper attention , and that the problem can be resolved promptly

Its a very good paying survey. Very much recommendable for those who wants to earn within their spare time.

I used to like life points a lot they provide a lot of surveys and I had been a member for a couple months until one random day. I had stopped receiving surveys at first I thought maybe a glitch or something. I decided to contact support and to my surprise I was banned? Or as they claim ‘indefinitely suspended’. I asked for more information and was met with nothing but vague claims that I violated their terms. I had just completed a survey prior to this and was unable to cash out. Absolutely ridiculous and irritating as I genuinely liked life points for being reliable. Another thing is that I revived no warning whatsoever just straight up banned. Just wasted my time.

LP is a legit survey site. The payout process is easy to follow. The app itself is user friendly I already redeemed multiple payouts. Thanks to this app. It's very helpful to me. ❤️🙏

Had a log in issue and was quite worried. Was glad and grateful the Lifepoints helpdesk staff Christine was very assuring. She helped and guided me to solve the issue without any fuss. Thank you!

Should there be an issue with points not being awarded, the majority of the time the help folks are gracious in your favor.
