Terrible

Terrible, Like numerous other reviews I went to cash out and contacted customer support.
I was told my account was closed and all points lost.
This is a scam, as they are getting paid for our information and do not pass the rewards on.
Please do not waste your time, they should be reported to the authorities.

Blocked account before being able to redeem points

It would be a great panel if one could actually redeem the points. Many surveys are not paid out after completion. Arbitrary reason for the account being blocked with no chance of appealing. All I can say after using the panel for a week without any reward is that they are thieves

It's an easy to use interface but......

It's an easy to use interface, but, its difficult to get points. You can spend a long time doing a survey only to be told its closed. The points for being screened out a very low; only 1 point. There are much better companies out there to get money from. Also, I've not been able to link my paypal account.

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. I’ve reached out multiple times to no avail. It’s my first time cashing out and I get a pop up telling me my PayPal account isn’t verified which is ridiculous. I’ve verified and used the same PayPal account for multiple years. Haven’t had this issue with FiveSurveys or other poll sites.

I got my first reward but its too long…

I got my first reward but its too long to receive. I hope they will fix it and dont make us wait for many long days. About the apps, its good i will have another reward completed but i am still waiting for my first reward to receive before adding another second claim reward in order to have a better experience to recommend it to my acquaintances and family.

My experience with Valued Opinions was…

My experience with Valued Opinions was extremely disappointing. Out of nowhere and with no justification, they shut down my account, which contained $4000 in gift cards. I strongly advise caution when dealing with them.

Okay short- term

Okay for a while but then they make up a lie about how you went against their “quality standards” which is total rubbish and basically just a way for them to save money when you’ve built up points.

It's a SCAM avoid so you don't waste your time

I joined last month and took a few surveys every day and then when after a few weeks of this I tried to "Redeem" my points for a $10 gift card they responded that it would take 5 days to process. That was already suspicious, but then 3 days later they said they were out of those gift cards. I tried to redeem the points for PayPal credit for 1/2 the amount of the gift card and it wouldn't process - I kept getting the message that my PayPal account needed to be verified. It was a linked account I've used for years. When I requested help from LifePoints their response was they suspended my account for violating their terms of service. I read their terms of service and didn't do anything that would be a violation. I think this is their con - get you to take survey and then suspend your account, which forfeits your accrued points, when you try to redeem.

Prompt response!!

I accidently deleted rewards I had earned from Life Points. On Friday I sent an email requesting the rewards certificate be resent . The following Monday I received the certificate. Very pleased!
