Poor Communication and Handling of Transferring Out

Requested transfer to a different fund 03Feb.
Filled in all the forms and extra information requested by the 12th. 19th Feb, request referred to trustees for approval. 25th Feb, still sitting with trustees for approval. 09th March after several emails from myself and my new fund, advised trustees confirm flag removed.
Raised a formal complaint as still no answer on when I could request a transfer. Receive a formal response with timeline as above and confirming the holds removed and my transfer will be treated as a priority.

1 week later, call to follow up and am advised transfer request awaiting trustee approval. Asked to speak to a supervisor and apparently none could be found to speak to me.

Still have no idea on the status of my transfer.

Abysmal.

Help with pension account

I had a chat with Teddy on line regarding my pension.
I needed to know if I had amalgamated 2 pensions into my account. Teddy was very polite and helpful.

Exceptional customer service

I was having a nightmare signing up and then subsequently signing into my account, but the person I spoke to at LifeSight, Rosie, was so incredibly helpful and patient, making sure I was able to get set up and logged in, even staying with me on the line while I logged out and in again just to make sure it all went smoothly. She’s an asset to the company!

Very Slow Company & Poor Customer Service

I have been trying to sort out my pension with Lifesight since December last year. It has taken so long to deal with these people and it seems their process and systems are so slow and not user friendly. I would recommend not choosing this company to manage your pension or move if like me through BSKYB you end up here.

The online instant messaging service…

The online instant messaging service from Life Sight is great. I was able to get my query handled with and answered very quickly and efficiently. The only reason this is not a 4 or 5 star is because I am still fairly new to the Life Sight organisation and their services.

This company is an utter disgrace

This company is an utter disgrace. I am another customer who is forced to deal with this nasty bunch of incompentents, currently they are lying about SLAs and when they received requests, I HATE THEM with everything I have.

LifeSight's support team

I needed to contact LifeSight's support recently over an issue with my pension contributions.
I spoke with Elsie initially and then had a further discussion with Aaron.
They were both incredibly helpful and the outcome is a clear way forward which will resolve the issue.
It's great that you can speak with people and that they are able to support customers in this way.

Excellent customer service and genuine empathy

I contacted the Web Chat for help as I needed guidance regarding my ongoing divorce.
I was connected to LUCY.
She had wonderful empathy and supported me fully with my questions. Taking her time with me and was empathic due to my situation.

Carmel Restored My Faith in Customer Service

I wanted to update my previous review regarding my experience with LifeSight.

After a very frustrating start, I was recently contacted by a wonderful member of the team, Carmel, who completely changed my experience. From the moment she took over my case, she explained everything clearly and patiently, step by step. She stayed on top of the issue, checked in weekly with updates, and made sure that nothing fell through the cracks.

What stood out the most was her professionalism and genuine kindness. At no point did she make me feel confused, dismissed, or minimised. Instead, she took the time to ensure I fully understood what was happening and reassured me throughout the entire process.

Carmel handled everything I was worried about and truly went above and beyond. Experiences like this restore your faith that even within large organisations, there are people who care deeply about doing their job well and supporting customers properly.

A genuine thank you to Carmel, your help and professionalism meant a lot.
