Red fire bulbs! Great service!
Local shop stopped selling fire candle shaped bulbs so I found this company on line. I ordered five bulbs, got a reduction in price and they were delivered well packaged two days later. It is so amazing to have the red glow back. Thank you.

Ordered light
Ordered light, arrived damaged, advised them and suggested better packaging. In fairness they were very promt and dispatched again, however, the tubes wern't protected again so arrived #damaged. Phoned again, and they said they leave it to the discretion of the warehouse and nothing they could do and now have no stock so will refund me. Service not bad but allowing the warehouse to 'use their discretion' has cost them two orders and a customer now.

Poor Packaging
Products arrived in an un-padded brown envelope. The light bulb packets were creased and bent. The bulbs appear to be undamaged but may fail immediately or shortly after use.
Good products at a fair price but spoilt by sloppy, ineffective packaging.
