I have ordered Crompton Lamps LED GLS 4.2W E27 Dimmable Filament (3 Pack) Warm White Clear (40W Eqv in the hope that they will lest longer than the Osram ones. Two lasted only three months and one lasted 3 weeks. They we’re meant to have a 15 year guarantee.

Having only moved in three years ago this was the first kitchen spotlight that needed replacing. Taking the details from the old bulb made the ordering process simple. The bulbs arrived undamaged in a protective jiffy bag. I will use LightBulbs Direct again to replace my other spotlights, as the old ones appear dull in comparison.
I had to wait for a week for delivery
I had to wait for a week for delivery. FedEx sent me daily emails saying that my delivery had been delayed 'due to[blank]'

Shameful customer service. I’ll be honest here, one of the worst ever. I purchased some lightbulbs and I paid with one of their quick checkout payment, immediately after I noticed the wrong address but unfortunately, I couldn't do anything, my only hope was to email them, which I did exactly 30 sec after. There was no answer for two days, I sent another email, but still no answer, then had to call to finally get an answer. A rude lady just said my order was shipped and there is nothing they can do and that basically, I advised the wrong address; thanks, I know that, and that’s why you have customer service!!! Lost money and lightbulbs

Not great customer service, asked to make a change, heard nothing back from them, that was after talking on the phone to someone. If you can’t support your customers, you don’t have a business.
