Order with lightmalls was for a front bike light, not the lightest, but really well made, and a very good price, and great light output.

Had difficulty in Australia Post delivering the item but Lightmalls offered a refund or reissue of order which I asked for the item to be redelivered. Item was received quickly & very pleased with product.

Good battery soild flashlight has weight to it no plastic then the headband after ajustment holds firm getting close to end of battery life you will start to fade out or close only to turn it back on and get that extra one in your pocket

You shouldn't purchase anything from this company. They lie about shipping time and they're overseas from the US so shipping already takes a couple weeks longer.
Took them 2 weeks to actually ship my order that was in stock so my order still hasn't arrived and I needed it tomorrow.
Order just said processing for 2 weeks. They only shipped when I threatened to file a claim with PayPal.
There's lots of American companies that offer the same products and fast shipping.
I didn't realize they were overseas until after I made the order.
Amazon and Ebay has the same stuff.

Purchased headlight. On/off button was faulty after a day of use. Provided video proof. Seller sent new headlight and didn't ask for return of faulty item.

I had a light in my shopping cart, but I found it at a better price so I didn’t complete the checkout. However when I checked my bank account I noticed a charge for the price they were charging. I have now filed a dispute claim with my bank. I tried emailing them but they didn’t offer any help.

Perfect service. I ordered a battery for my quad copter. But I was not able to recharge and get a error message. The customer service told me, that's because of my charger (it was not the original one, delivered by my copter). But they've got the solution for me. I needed a special cable, that they shipped to me very fast. Perfect. The battery is loading now and that was a very kind and excellent service.

Shipping to way to long for item to arrive. Almost 3 weeks even once Express Shipping was purchased at $40 which said only 7 to 10 days. Very unhappy
