Waited 2 weeks item never arrived

Waited 2 weeks item never arrived. Contacted company, they said would be another 2 weeks. Asked for refund. Recieved refund. Less than I paid. This is a currency scam. Do not use this company.!!! Order number LM22071041438

I ordered 2 torches from lightmalls

I ordered 2 torches from lightmalls, and after taking a month to arrive (seems standard so I knew it would be a wait), when it did come they had sent the wrong colour, I then asked them if they could pay for the shipping to return the item as it was an error on their part, any company I've ever dealt with that have sent the wrong item has done this no questions asked, they proceed to offer me some money back for their error(if you want this option keep pressuring them as they started at $3 and after back and forth they went to $10), but when I told them I don't care for money off, it's not the colour I ordered, they tell me they don't want me to return it as they probably won't get it, finally they accept for me to return it for my money back but even after asking for them to pay for my return, as again, it's their fault, why should their customer have to go out of pocket for something I had no control over, they shipped the wrong item. So I paid to ship it back to them, tracked and signed for, now it's in their city and the courier is claiming no one is in, so they probably gave me the wrong address or something and I'm now down the price of the torch, the price of international shipping tracked and I don't have the torch, really wish I had read this was only a 3.8 on here, and took in the other bad reviews as a lot of the good ones look very generated and automated to inflate their score. Stay away.

XTAR 18650 Batteries
I ordered a few of these from Lightmalls recently. Shipping takes a little extra time, but in my opinion that is offset by the great prices. One of the batteries was dead on arrival, but Lightmalls sent me a replacement. They were quick to respond to my emails, took good care of me even on such a small order, and I'll definitely order from them again.

Awesome customer service!

When my package was delayed the worked to find out where it and it was delivered thanks to their diligence. They were awesome and I will definately use them in the future.

Great customer service

Sent me the parts I needed quickly - very helpful.

I bought an underwater video light from Lightmalls. I used the light a few times underwater and one of the fittings for connecting the light to my UW camera housing became very worn. I emailed Lightmalls who sent me the very specific part I needed (+1 spare) very quickly. Good customer service.

People replied at 3 am In the morning…

People replied at 3 am In the morning and knew exactly what I needed. I am getting a refund within 1-2 days because of item that was not shipped. 3 of the 4 items were shipped. Thanks guys I appreciate the help and fast customer support

Bought Klarus xt1a flashlight

Bought Klarus xt1a flashlight. It flickers very badly on high beam. They refused the return even though I send them a video as evidence. What a rip off, it’s a scam company! Do not buy from Lightmalls!
