Fantastic service after the sale

Bought a replacement smart battery for my drone. Very happy with the quality and it was a great price. Packaged well and shipped on time. Postal service was rather slow but definately worth the wait. Contacted customer service by email when delivery was overdue and they were fantastic. Answered emails quicker than most places answer the phone. Prompt, pleasant, and helpful. Will buy from again !!

Excellent torch

Excellent torch, when I turn it on in the dark, I thought it was morning. Very careful packaging. And the price is good, I believe it's the best torch you can get in that price. I have another 2 torches, nearly same price, but only 800 lumen, and can only service 1 hour with the brightest light.

I ordered a flashlight there from Germany. A short time later it turned out that I would no longer need it and sent an email. The purchase amount was then transferred back in full within a very short time. 5 stars from me!

Ordered a flashlight Fenix E35 v3.0

Ordered a flashlight Fenix E35 v3.0. Flashlight arrived after 14 days after order date. This is fake Fenix flashlight as last 3 didgit has been scrabbed off the body of the torch next to power button. Would not buy from them anymore. It is well made fakebut FAKE AVOID Lightmalls if you want to buy original product

Liars and Thieves

Ordered from them on 8th March, over 1 month later I'm still waiting. The tracking just stopped on 24th March which they are trying to blame on Covid. I have told them to refund which they refuse to do and they asked me to wait another MONTH!. Do not use this company they take your money but don't deliver.

I'm reply to Lightmalls response below. They are still using covid as a weak and unrealistic excuse for not supplying the goods. And, in an attempt to make themselves look better than they really are, they fail to mention that I have already provided the order number to them and they have no answer to the fact that the item has not been delivered. They also fail to mention that I have raised a PayPal case against them and that they are refusing to refund the money unless I drop the PayPal dispute. Fraudsters, scammers and liars. Avoid this company unless you want a lot of grief.

Liars and Thieves

Product I ordered was of low quality and would not do what it was supposed to do. Lightmalls said they needed me to send the product back, at my expense, and that they would refund the product cost AND refund my return shipping costs. They are refusing to refund my return shipping costs... which were almost as much as the product itself. They have now ghosted me and refuse to respond to my inquiries as to the status of the return postage refund.

Great customer service

My PayPal payments went strangely wrong - it paid them twice - but a quick email to lightmalls produced an immediate response sorting things out. The head torches ordered are wonderful - but I already knew that as this is my second order!

Shipment bad, quality good

I ordered at Aug 21 a stainless steel aluminum toolbox for a BMW R1200G / R1200GS Adventure. First I didn't get a order confirmation, which I got two weeks later not before a separate request. The responses are in general quick though (same day). In Feb 22 I noticed that I once ordered something and never got it. After some clarification it came out the shipment was returned, as the package was too heavy, which the standard rate (for CH) didn't cover. I never got a relating notification though. Without any interaction the order would just have remained forgotten. After that, they offered me either to get the money back, or to pay additional 30$ for the shipment. I chose the latter. After that it took 2 weeks to get the item.
I understand that with Covid and delivery blockings in China the shipment might take longer than usual. But almost half a year without any notification is just too much.1/5 stars for the experience.

The quality of the item is satisfactorily. I had to bend the connectors though a bit manually in order to fit.
All in all a good quality for ~100$ less than a comparable expensive label (i.e. Touratech or Wunderlich). 4/5 stars for the item

Good customer service.

I was concerned that my order was taking a long time. Contacted customer service and they tracked it down and got me a tracking number. It arrived a few days later. Products were as ordered. Work great. But customer service was the star.

Perfect service

Perfect service!
The staff were always responsive to me and reacted quickly.
The goods are flawless and the delivery is very uncomplicated. All this with very good conditions.

Caution. They take your money, but don‘t deliver, don‘t react.

Made a purchase a month ago. Both articles in stock (and still are). Order is still „in process“. Nothing shipped yet, nothing arrived yet. And no responses to two contact requests now (via their own contact form). Just sent the third, and if they fail to react again I‘m getting Paypal involved to get back my money.

Like they say, if it seems too good to be true, it‘s probably not true. Goes for the prices there as well, it seems.

PS: They didn’t reply to the third contact attempt either, I got Paypal involved, and Paypal reimbursed my money.
Their reply is nonsense—no attempt was made to ship the order, no info was updated, and no-one replied to any contact. As I wrote: don’t trust them. It’s not worth the few bucks you save.

I recommend the site

I received my lamp HC65 V2 today. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Is BREAKDOWN
After contact with the sales department does, I will let you know that it is a serious site.
I had a problem upon unboxing. The customer service and the technician have properly assessed the problem. I'm waiting for the new battery. Thank you. A malfunction can happen anywhere. I recommend this site for its prices and after-sales service ...
