Lightspeed Nederland Reviews 

I've been trying to create an eCommerce website for about half a year, using different platforms. At first the monthly fee of Lightspeed caused me to try other platforms first, but I've come to the conclusion that the amount of features Lightspeed offers is worth the extra cost. Since I started my trial period, I've had several questions and a few simple phone calls to the Dutch support have helped me a lot. Although I'm still waiting for an answer from one of the support staff members, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Great support service, very patient and they are really taking the time to explain everything to you.

Extremely happy with our online-partner Lightspeed, for years already for Pure Smoke and Pure Smoke Caribbean as well. Useability, easily contacted and excellent customer service insure that we are still very satisfied clients!

I always get an excellent answer to all my questions! In the beginning I was scared to start a webshop because I did not had any clue how it worked, but Lightspeed helped me out with everything and it is the best decision I ever made! Thank you big time team Lightspeed!

First I worked with a simple, analogue register. Life was hard. I knew all the amounts of my stock by heart and had to enter everything in excel manually.
Then I moved on to another digital register. This one was "okay-ish" but I missed a LOT of features. It wasn't even that cheap, but it was clearly not what I needed.
When I moved onto Lightspeed Register it's like I was propelled into the future. Honestly I was doing it all by hand remember. One of the best features is the stats and reports. I no longer have to count, I no longer have to type in excel and I no longer have to do anything manually. I have a complete list of everything I've ever sold since I started using this system.
It's fantastic. It gives me a report on what items are low in stock and how many items are low in stock. I can see how much discount I've given and I can now use gift cards, which is awesome.

Honestly, it's made me a better businesswoman since I can now anticipate on the trends without spending an hour a day entering everything manually in excel.
If you take yourself seriously as a business, this is the right register for you.
I'm still new to the omnichannel, but I'm already working with it and so far I'm very pleased with how great these two parts work together.
The customer service was also fantastic. Great onboarding support, great support whenever I had any questions at all, be it printer or scanner related, or the system itself. Very clear answers, very helpful customer service. Well done lightspeed! I'm very happy!

Flexible platform and excellent support!

I have been using Lightspeed for many years now. I like the system, it's very easy to use. The customer service is excellent. They really (try to) help you with all your queries.
The thing I would like to see improved (hence the 4 stars) is the combination B2C and B2B. There all still a lot of restrictions within the program for this combination. That can be a little frustrating.
But for 'normal' B2C or B2B websites I would definitely recommend!!

Toghether we get the job done

We use Lightspeed in our museumshop as well as for our webshop. The software is very user friendly, which is important for us as we sometimes work with volunteers and this limits the need for in depth training.

But what is most important is the level of detail this system has. Lightspeed has excellent reporting tools which are very helpful for stock management.

And as an added bonus: the people at the helpdesk are very friendly and to the point!

Great way to keep track of stock & sell items. The customer service is fantastic: they give you an answer right away or try to find a solution as soon as possible.

Very consumer friendly system for (starting) restaurants. Great support from Lightspeed HQ, their experts are often available directly to answer your questions or discuss problems experienced. Our most-liked feature is the availability of customer accounts, allowing our returning guests to pay by invoice and add credit to their accounts. The simple interface is explained to new members of staff within the blink of an eye!

Nice SaaS solution, lightning fast e-commerce platform, and great support!

I had to change my IP adres in the DNS setting of my webshop. The technician of Lightspeed helped me out immediately by fixing the settings himself, after I guided him into the customer lounche of my Domain keeper. Thank you so much Koen! You made my day!

Lightspeed provides very good services. Lightspeed support was also immediately available and answered very fast and solved my problem.

Had a good experience with Sander Breggeman. He helped me quickly with a solution for an issue that we had with our logo on the website.

Great online support and hands on live lessons. Kind and quick respond on all questions. Nice and easy template to work with.

Just an easy to use pos systeem. There are no things that you cannot do with it. And even In case of an issue the troubleshooters help you in a split secon and they are only 1 call away from you for assistance. For me the pos for my restaurant.
