We're very happy with Lightspeed as webshop. When there's a problem Lightspeed will answer directly and they solve the problem as soon as possible. The e-commerce product is very good and very easy to use if you're not into html and css.

Maybe it is good to als have this in Dutch?
But.....I have a long experience with several webplatforms and I started working with Lightspeed from the first of June.
The Lightspeed application works fine and is clear how you can use it. If you need more help the knowledge base is quite good and the support via chat, emailform or telephone is also good quality and fast.
When you start up for the first time there is extra onboarding service where you can learn the backend application and you can ask random questions.
Shortly, service service service quality quality.
Sorry, I have to go because I have to start migrating my next webshop towards Lightspeed.......

Very user-friendly platform with excellent support and very effective and extensive functionalities. In addition, a huge choice of themes and customizing the look and feel of your shop. I think lightspeed is a very good cms for beginners and companies with a clear product range.
Unfortunately, I lack a few setting features that other shops already have. The selection of templates is very clear, but you can only adjust them to a certain degree. everything else has to be mastered with programming knowledge. Lightspeed offers a very good support in my opinion and doesn't promise what you can't keep. The consultants take a lot of time for you, so I really enjoy working with lightspeed. The price-performance ratio of the lightspeed system is top. If you want to have more performance you have to pay more.
