Don't judge a firm to fast....
Sometimes it is not good to judge a firm after two bad experiences.
The first one was when I tried to buy a second hand car in Växjö, but two times they sold the car while after they promised me that I coulod take a look to see if I would buy it. Later I just had a bad experience with Liljas in Nybro when my (10 year old) car stopped working. The car (including me) was brought to the dealer (Liljas). When I was there, there was no car for me to go home. I did not count on that. My former dealer in Värnamo always had a rental car. Just after long time someone brought me home. That was nice, but it just should not happen after I already was rather depressed of course because of the broken car. Also I simply did not have a car until the car was repaired. So I thought: 2 stars not more.
But then: the repair was done well, they called me when it was ready. Later also I just had some good experiences. The last experience was today, when I brought my car for a reparation after I made damage. I got a rental car, but I was not really looking forward to it: with minus 7 degrees in a car that I don't know! But no problem, when I brought my car, the rental car was preheated by them. It was nice to start driving in a warm car! THEN I thought: NOW I must write something on Trustpilot.
5 stars because I do not want to judge about the far past.
