Contacted support 2 weeks ago. No, resolution, but they are still billing me. All I want to do is cancel the horrible service that I could never get working in the first place!

I ordered proxies for 50 USD, however, the authentication did not work. I contacted the support, who was friendly, but could not help. Thus, the proxies were completely useless. Then, I tried to get a refund. Until today, this did not work and they are not willing to refund me, although I can't use the proxies. If you want to throw out your hard earned money out of the windows, go to limeproxies.

this proxies respond time is 1 to 2 days, problem solving for ten days. second time in 2 months no respond from support, thes say problem is solved but proxies dont work.

Been a customer for limeproxies for over 4 years. Have been having an great experience so far specially their support. Huge plus compared to other providers that they actually replace proxies if blocked on request and willing to go extra mile.

Their website clearly says that the proxies are refundable, they are in fact not - I asked for a refund 20 minutes in when I received proxies that weren't working. Their website claims to have a 3 day policy. Complete lie. When I proceeded to ask for a refund, they respond a week later with new proxies. I'm not going to wait a week to use your proxies, nothing special about them - other providers exist. Would recommend others to stay away. Had a significantly better experience with Webshare, they are much better.

Don't buy anything from this company. They will not provide you with the correct product and will not give you a refund either. Even though you cancel the subscription, they will keep charging your credit card!

I have paid to rent a lot of proxies but they work very slowly and get disconnected continuously for 3-7 days. I sent feedback to support but it took 3-5 days to get a reply sorry. This company is so bad. Those who read these lines of mine should not buy services from this company

I cancelled my proxies with them months ago.

Despite confirming they were cancelled, they continue to charge me.

Initially they were charging me and subsequently refunding me once I realised they had charged me for nothing.

Now they continue to charge me but no longer respond to my customer service messages.

Horrendous business.

Paid for Proxies, customer support did not respond for 3 days. When they finally responded they gave me misconfigured non SOCKS5 proxies without my choice of user pass authentication. They did not respond or try to fix this error for another 3 days. By this time, I accepted the loss and did not ask for the 50$ back. I messaged them to cancel my service and selected for it to not renew. They charged me again a month later, and at this time I had to charge the money back and order a new debit card. This is a fraudulent company that will continue to charge you without giving you a working product. Report them to the BBB.

Was totally frustrated by these proxy down error, now I'm so happy with the compensation! Thanks a lot.

100% scam. I never received my proxies after I paid. Stay away from this service!

Topped my account in May 2022 which should have been enough for another 5 months usage for my singular premium proxy. Then one month later, they terminated my service saying the price had increased from $5 per month to $15 per month. That's a 300% price increase which they thought they could sneak in without telling customers. This is online thievery probably triggered by greedy new management. I'm off.

I deposited $50 from PayPal but it has not been received in my account. I emailed you 3 days ago but got no response. I need you to contact me now.
