Subcontracted Customer Service Is Not Customer Care

The company offers a language learning website for an automatically renewing fee of $29.95. I joined on the Lingua Loops website and received an acknowledgement email from the company welcoming me. The website continually failed to recognise my email and password. I used their Contact form, and received only robo-acknowledgments for communication without resolution to my problem. Lingua Loops uses the Netherlands-based, Subscriber Retention Management (SRM) platform Cleeng to process payments and handle service issues/problems. I clicked the cancellation button connecting me to Cleeng's page, and received a "oops
The page you were looking for doesn't exist
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved" message. Customer service is lacking and indifferent and I am out of pocket for a product/service I am unable to use. I'm unimpressed with Lingua Loops.
