I ordered a pair of chelsea boots size 40 when they arrived they were the wrong size 46 I emaialed the company immediatly the response was to offer me a 30% discount off my next purchase I replied stating this was not acceptable and requested the correct size boots . I also requested a returns form , I was then told that I must return the boots to China at my expense and it could take 2-3 months . This company are con men don,t buy from them
I ordered genuine leather slippers size 46 from an Swedish Boutique as they advertised.
Transport was from China, plastic shoes size 44?? Too small any way.
I asked for a return label, and received questions to send pictures to resolve the problem.
I explained they were too small.
No more communication possible, wasted 500 SEK.
Watch out! I paid for cashmir and they delivered polyester. Impossible to return the items with instructions to send them to a Mr Chang in China and pay a lot in taxes and tolls. I was promised substitute items, which were never delivered.
The items ordered are coming from China. It takes about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive and the shipping costs are on the customer side in case of return. The items need to be returned to China which is super expensive. When you contact customer support, you are offered to keep the items for 20% of the value you paid. This is a sham!!
