Extremely poor support and rude service. I purchased their TT455-RT product many years ago. Now after acquiring new receiver I needed to download IR codes for it only to find the files linked to in the software has been removed and they want me to purchase a license for new software I don't need - all I needed was the database entry for a Sony receiver. I get that they have improved the software and want to be able to charge for the upgrade but removing existing help files and IR database is mean and I will never be doing any business with them again.

Trustworthy - very engaged and personal service - great product, simply the way it is supposed to be!

This is how it should be: Quick delivery and although the products have a learning curve (especially if you're not a technical wizard like me) they will help you quick and thorough. The products are great and now i am able to use my tv, radio, cd, dvd, satbox, airco, screens with my beo 5. And i have the feeling that this is only the beginning. Working with this products gives a strange addiction.

I have used the TT455-RT-238 for some months now. It is a really great product, easy to use, program and to setup. Very nice and fast service and support from Michael.

I bought the TT455-RT-238 after some troubles with other products for integrating non B&O devices with B&O. I prepared myself reading the appnotes on beoliknk because I wanted to use with Scart or ML-Connector. Starting with unpacking everything worked perfect. Just within 2 days of experience with the system I finished the installation. But it's som much fun building IR-Applications instead of simply matching keys of the remote to those of the BEO4. I ended up with every key of the BEO4 sending up to 5 different keycodes depending on the screen/mode of operation.
Conclusion: a great and powerful product, but I'd liked to have 10 variables more with a value up to 100.

I bought the TT455-RT-238 to get to use the Beo4, without having any B&O products. I works perfectly with the long range and exeptional acuracy.
Even though it takes some hours to set up the system, it is totally worth it, and now even the wife can mangage everything :-)
Michael is very fast and dedicated, and it is clear that he wants happy customers.

At first I must admid that I had my doubts. Expensive product, but it lives up to it. Slightly problems on installation on Vista, but was solved by reading the manual again,
Delivering and follow up is excelent - if you need remotecontrolling devices with B&O remote this is THE device - go get it - and you will never again have the mess af several remotes on your desk.

I bought a TT455-RT-238, an excellent device! The delivery was very fast, the service is excellent! The installation is really easy, manuals are very very good. Absolutely recommendable company!

Have bought 2 products, the AluDim and Relay 208, both excellent products. Very good follow-up from Michael, and extremely good and easy installation manual.
Never a problem with the products, work really excellent!

One of the most serious companies I have been in contact with for a long time, dealing with a great product, which brings long-desired solutions for me. Each contact with Michael is - based on his helpful behaviour - a pleasure.

I have used 10 to 15 -238's now and they work great. Especially when a customer wants a solution that's not suppose to be available. I really like the new ability to transfer codes to the Beo5 program. Michael has been great with support. I look forward to using more as the needs arise.

I am still amazed how fast Michael treated my inquiry... I never thought that I could start mounting the light dimmers that fast at home. Will have to change weekend plans... :-))

The headline says it all... The reson for only 4 stars is that Lintronic doesn't have the possiblillity of online payment and thereby shorter shipping periods.... But again... I could have been ordering one day earlier....
