My daughter got me an engraved necklace for Christmas and the chain broke. I tried getting it fixed but couldn't find a repairer. I decided to send an email to the company, and to my surprise I received an excellent customer service from Emily who replied to my emails promptly, and sorted the problem out by replacing the chain. It was an outstanding support from the company. I will be using them frequently. Thanks Emily and Sophia for your help.

Wow! Product has arrived and it’s perfect. Beautifully packaged having chosen this as an extra option.
After initial issue with a product that didn’t arrive using standard postage they sent a replacement by DPD which arrived in time to gift to a friend who is going travelling.

I had an issue with a faulty item, but it was handled quickly and completely hassle-free. They replaced the entire item straight away, rather than just the faulty part, which I really appreciated.

My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet for my birthday which I love. Sadly, it was a bit faulty so I got in touch with the customer services and cannot fault the way in which they handled my issue. I dealt with an incredibly friendly person via email who was quick in responding and offering a resolution to my issue without hesitation. The whole issue was sorted quickly, easily and without stress (so much so my husband doesn't even know the bracelet had a fault at all as the replacement was arranged so promptly). Thank you so much. I will definitely be back in the future for more purchases.

Unfortunately had to return Christmas gift in February. The customer service was 5* a replacement sent in days with apologies. I've bought from Lisa Angel many times and always 100% satisfied with products & service.
