I ordered a personalised wine glass, it came as I asked but was too plain for my liking. I asked if it was possible to add more wording. This was not a problem for the seller at all, I sent the wine glass back to her and she sent back to me within a few days with the extra wording at no extra cost. Very lovely service and wine glass. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Came across this website by chance when looking for a photo locket.
I had some questions and wanted to change design slightly, so contacted customers services. I was amazed how quickly( same day) they got back to me answered all my questions and re designed a locket to my liking which was ordered and received in less than 4 days! Beautiful necklace - can’t believe how lovely this is. Photo is clear and engraved beautifully. So happy. Thank you so much!

I bought a beautiful birthstone personalised bracelet for my Niece's 18th birthday and I know she will absolutely adore it. But what makes Lisa Angel a fantastic business is it's excellent Customer Service. Rose sorted out a query within the day, and is a fantastic ambassador for the business. Wish all customer service was this speedy and professional!

Always great products from Lisa Angel, it’s not just the products though, all the packaging for each piece is thoughtfully designed. Slightly higher prices but I think worth it!

I don’t think I have ever experienced a better customer service anywhere. I received a pair of earring which has a design flaw in them. Slightly worried as this was a gift I contact them company and a replacement pair were sent super quick, for delivery in time for the recipient’s Birthday. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for customer service and products.

The quality of Lisa Angel products is lovely. I have bought several personalised items from here and have been delighted with the quality and speed of delivery.
My most recent purchase was a leather bracelet that was personalised for my husband and when it arrived it was slightly damaged, one of the leather bands was detached from the clasp.
I contacted the company straight away and explained the issue.
I have deleted my order number, however Emily from customer services managed to track down the order and had no hesitation in replacing the item.
It is so refreshing for a company to assist and replace a product with no arguments or issues.
I highly recommend this business they are wonderful.

I love the items in Lisa Angel but most importantly their gold non-tarnish jewellery. I love that I can wear my jewellery all the time and not worry about it going bad. Usually non-tarnish jewellery is only available in silver so I was such a happy bunny when I found this!

I ordered the Personalised Pet Photo Sterling Silver Disc Necklace to commemorate my darling cat, who has passed away 2 weeks before. I won't lie, I was nervous to receive this! I didn't know how they could possibly engrave my boy using just a photo. But what I received far exceeded all my expectations. It is so beautiful! And tiny- so I was unable to take a clear photo. I will be recommending Lisa Angel to everyone :)

The beautiful bracelet I bought was delivered somewhere else by ParcelForce (as usual). And I needed that bracelet by Tuesday and I panicked when the item got lost somewhere. So I rang Lisa Angel Team and Kate immediately sorted it for me. I genuinely appreciate her help. She was so friendly, understanding, and resolved the issue immediately. It wasn't even their fault but still Kate didn't think twice to sort it out. Apart from their lovely, beautiful product, another and a big reason why I am buying from them again is because of the service they provided. Kate especially. She really exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the shell jewellery dish I ordered from Lisa Angel.Unfortunately one of them had marks on.I contacted customer service and they immediately arranged a replacement for me that arrived the next day.Fantastic customer service, I would highly recommend.

Brilliant selection of bracelets for men, it was nice to be regarded as a surfer even though I’m 76!
Had a small problem with my bracelet which was bought for me by my wife for me for Christmas 2024, I emailed the company explaining the issue and after providing the information required, which I would have expected to provide, they provided a full replacement with the engraving.
The customer service was fantastic, such a breath of fresh air in this day and age when customer service seems to be a thing of the past.
Very good people to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to use again, in fact I have!

I bought an item for a Christmas present and when it arrived it was damaged. I emailed with photos and got a very quick response and a new item sent out the same day which was delivered the next day! The new item was also faulty so I had to email again and they sent me another replacement! Did not have to wait as the responses were so quick. Excellent customer service and my 3rd item is perfect.

I ordered a handwritten necklace by my daughter for her Nannie and I was blown away by how amazing it turned out! Arrived so quickly as well, especially with it being personalised. Definitely recommend ordering😊 the chain is quite delicate and thin but overall beautiful. Thank you!🥰
