Very very well packaged and protected (most are breakable) and all exceeded my expectations. Beautiful items, so so pleased with them. If you are wanting something different, special, Lisa Angel is a go to must. Problem being, I want to claim most of the items for myself! 🤣🤣 I even qualified for free postage. Impressed? I contacted the customer service team over a small issue, and the response was impressively quick, not your normal 24/48hrs! It took a couple emails over the space of 10mins and the issue had been resolved! Would definitely recommend Lisa angel to friends and family.

I would just like to thank the lady who helped me via the online chat regarding my new bracelet that had lost a charm. I sent in a picture and they were happy to replace it straight away. As it was a very cherished present that I had only just received I was over the moon, thank you all at Lisa Angel especially to the lady who helped me.

My order got auto cancelled because their system saw it as fraud but they sorted it out quickly and sent my item next day delivery. Good customer service and the item is cool.

Excellent customer service and good quality. Royal Mail damaged one of my items and Beth was so helpful. Just an update. The replacement item has just been delivered and this time Royal Mail didn’t damage it. I only contacted them yesterday. That’s excellent customer care.
