Service was fine and plenty of tea/coffee if required.
2 reasons I dropped a star -
Even though I have a service plan wanted to charge extra for brake fluid change and air con re gas/ check.
£12 environmental charge even with a service plan very disappointing.
Will consider an independent once plan has ended.

An average experience at best
There was nothing outstanding about the visit, just a straightforward service. Charged for screen wash, despite having filled it myself a few days before. Advisory on wiper blades despite no issues with them and I find it very poor that despite the costs, they don't do a simple wash and hoover of the car before returning it.

The car was collected early in the morning and delivered back to us at Lunchtime by a very friendly driver who helped us with a lot of questions we had about the car, he had also washed it which was great. He was the only contact we had with the garage apart from a video and he was brilliant.
