Is this company still operating. I’ve e mailed them, but haven’t received a reply. The telephone number 0161 277 7046 says it’s out of service. Is there another telephone number for them.

I ordered a dress on 18th August. The money was taken out of my account on 18th August and I am still waiting for the dress to arrive, despite having paid £26 for postage. I have sent 2 emails with the order number asking for an update and have had not reply. I am not happy to say the least.....

Used to be great but now the variety seems a lot less, still would shop again

I ordered a dress, which when it arrived is lovely and well made, unfortunately it was on the small side. I sent it back and then I heard nothing from them, so I emailed to see if they had received the dress and, yes, they had, but they then explained there was a mark on the dress (which was not there when I sent the dress back)and that I would not be receiving my refund and the dress was returned to me. What good is a dress to me that’s to small. I have emailed the complaints department and received nothing back. Do not purchase from this company!!!

In 15/08/2021 I order 2 items and I was charged strait away. I understood that in 7 days I will get my items but today (third day) I was trying to track my orders and their website is not working. Interesting!!!

Absolutely disgusted with how this company has gone around things nothing but absolute hassel even trying to send it back now iv eventually been able to send the dress back on the 19th July still not had a reply or a refund.

What an incredible experience!!! I found the dress of my dreams for my engagement party but I was worried the dress wouldn’t arrive on time. Lizzie from the customer service team contacted the brand itself to get an estimate on when it would arrive (keep in mind I am in Jordan in the Middle East), and it came only after 5 days!!! The dress came packaged so neatly and the dress was in perfect condition! I am overjoyed! I now know where I’ll be purchasing the rest of my dresses from! Thank you so much!

I rarely write feedback…however this company certainly deserves it.

I recently ordered a maxi dress (having never ordered from this company before) and because it was an expensive item I was naturally apprehensive. Like - “would it arrive on time, would it be ok would there be any issues if the dress was unsuitable etc etc”
From the very beginning all communication from Lizzie @ HO was 1st class and never once did she not answer my queries within a short time frame.
Given such excellent service it alleviated all my silly fears
& made me feel happy & confident in using LBD.
I would highly recommend this company above and beyond & I will certainly be using them again without question!!!!
Special thanks to you Lizzie (customer service team)…. you were awesome by the way 👏🏻 & made me have a good experience

Great service! Ordered my dress on Wednesday and it’s been delivered today(Saturday) very well packaged and received in great condition. I ordered a uk size 8 which I was worried might be too small as I’m an 8 top half but 10 lower half but it’s a very generous size and fits perfectly! I can’t wait to wear it in a few weeks! 5* from me guys! Thank you x

Do not buy from these you can't return anything they ignore your emails there is no phone number for you to ring I am stuck with a £90 dress that is no to good this company shouldn't be a loud to sell anything on line disgusting

If there was an option to give 0 stars i would. The customer services team never reply via email and the customer service number is a dead line. This seems to be a very bogus website and would advise others to not shop here. I ordered a dress for a wedding, emailed to see if i could request earlier shipment, only to then be told 2 days later the item they had taken my payment for was not coming at all as it was out of stock! Quite simply a ‘sorry’ Does not cut it when i now have to pay £300 elsewhere whilst still waiting for my refund from yourselves! Awful experience shopping here first and last time for sure!

I ordered a dress in a medium ( order number: 2300107933) and received a small instead, which doesn’t fit. I emailed the company with no response from them after a week. The dress was intended for a wedding this weekend but looks like I’ll be forced to purchase another dress from a store instead. I don’t think Little black dress would be getting as many complaints if they 1) provided better customer service contact details 2) actually respond to their emails. Now I have a dress that’s too small and don’t know what to do with it? Like how do I return? I do I get a refund?

I ordered a dress order number 2300107049 I then returned the dress as it didn't suit by royal mail tracking service. According to Royal mail the dress has been recieved by little black dress on the 16th June. I still have not recieved my money back over 70 pounds. I have sent 2 emails regarding this with no reply as of yet.

Ordered my wedding dress 17th of June order number 2300107551 paid for delivery and said I would get my dress 2/7 working days,after 7 working days I emailed and eventually had a reply saying you would find out what was happening. Its now 1st of July and still no answer or dress apparently still.processing, this is for my wedding in August its going to be too.la
te to change it if it doesn't fit and nowhere can I see an option to cancel. Can somebody please answer me.

I ordered a dress wich its seems its nit in the stock anymore and now no one its replying me back for the refund of 699 £.
What kind a shop are you? Its not my fault that you dont check if a dress its available or not and you should refund me right away when you find out the dress its out of stock

Was promised it would be with me 16th June.. today.. as yet no package has arrived.
I need it by the 19th June, as stated it is for a wedding, you did not inform me the size was out of stock, you sending different size as sizes small, should this have not been sent next day delivery because of this? I’m so very very upset that this has not been dealt with like it should have been. My brothers wedding is a very special day having been postponed the last 2 years due to COVID.

I have used this company twice , bad experience both times, long delay on first order , second time of ordering 2 out of my 3 items were cancelled as they didn’t have then, 10 days after receiving an email to say the 3rd item had been dispatched I chased it up , eventually got a response after I’d sent a couple of emails informing me that the 3rd item would not be available either !

Total waste of time ...my advice is to avoid, there’s much better companies out there
