Quick delivery and packed with care
The gown I ordered arrived in a couple of days in time for the occasion. The quality and the colour was matching the pictures on the website perfectly !!!

I recently purchased the Amo Couture White Roma Faux Fur Hooded Coat, and I absolutely love the coat! The coat is beautifully white; it makes me look like a pretty polar bear, and chic snow bunny at the same time. I have gotten so many compliments from strangers, and even co-workers at my workplace. One little detail that I dislike about the coat is there was no zipper to zip up the coat; I prefer a zipper than the hooks, but that’s fine. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store!

I ordered a dress 10 days ago and I received a totally different dress in a different colour!
I’ve emailed the company about the issue and still haven’t had a response
I’m not happy at all as this dress looks cheap and the dress I bought was over £100!

Hi so far the customer service has been terrible. The first order looked as if it failed so I ended up getting two sets at circa £600 total. Nothing was suitable (in fact not happy with the quality as one dress came pre damaged) and returned within a couple of days of receipt. I emailed about the duplicate order and got no response. I am waiting for my refund and no response. It’s been well over two weeks now. I emailed about that too and no response.

I tried to send a dress back within a day of receiving it as didn’t fit it’s been sent back to me saying I removed the tags I’ve removed nothing a ribbon attached is still attached and yet the company won’t accept this I am still trying but don’t ever expect your moment back if you need to return it’s a complete joke

Ordered my bridesmaid dress from here on 16th November, waited over the 7 days stated for delivery until I emailed to ask where it was as no email correspondence whatsoever.
To be fair lovely representative Gayle replied and said they’d get in touch with the brand to check for me. Apparently the brand “agreed” to post it out for me on urgent delivery - like they were doing me a favour! The dress finally arrived yesterday - 3 weeks since I ordered it. Happy with my purchase but I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

I ordered a dress for my partner for Christmas on the 1st of November did not get an email of confirmation of my order two weeks past I emailed the company no response for a couple of days then they told me the size was wrong and would I consider changing my size I agree to this waited another week had no response only time I get an answer is when I email them it takes about a week for them to reply this company is a joke all I want is my money back so I can go and buy another dress from somewhere else but they are reluctant to give me my refund but very quickly to take it from my account.

I ordered 3 dresses, 2 arrived last Monday, 1 didn't arrive but I have still been charged, another one says sized Medium (I am a small 10 and it is far too tight) so I have to pay £4 to return when clearly the sizing is all wrong!
I have emailed 3 times and no response.

Very disappointed that I ordered my dress on 7th November and its still not arrived !! I've messaged through Facebook and Emailed and my husband sent a message through Instagram and not 1 reply !! Wouldn't mind if it was a cheap dress but 60quid. Will not be using your Website again !!

Thanks for your response I've emailed again, you state I've had an email previously but I definitely haven't, I've even checked my spam mail ! I received an automated response through Facebook which I don't regard as a proper email. I would still like the dress if its going to come within the next week ! Absolutely over the moon with my dress. The fit is amazing and it is such good quality. Very flattering and can't wait to show it off. Loved how it was packaged with tissue paper, made it feel very special.

I ordered a dress on the 29th October haven't received and when you try to contact them the email doesn’t work and no phone number!

Whoever from your team that replied to my previous review just overreacted to a customer. In my previous review, I was expressing my frustration for not being able to contact you and not getting a single reply to my emails. I only heard from you after I posted my review.

In a very similar position to a lot of reviews. Ordered a dress 10 October with 2-7 working days delivery, still not received the dress. And sent two emails to them with no response or acknowledgement

Since posting this review I got a reply in a little over 30 mins. I have received a refund and checked my spam to find that they had replied earlier in the week to acknowledge my email. HOWEVER, I shouldn't have had to take the measures of emailing them or posting this review to receive a refund. I should have received my item when it was due to be delivered. And the refund should have been issued after my initial email which asked for a refund. This has only happened after I posted a negative review.

I have placed an order 22/10/21 due with 2-7 day delivery, been on LBD site to login to my account, cant do that, its saying not the right password, been on to their help@ and had a bounce back, tried to fill in their contact form and that wont go through, telephone number not in use. Tried to go on to their site through Trustpilot, then click on to their email Help@ still bouncing back. Extremely poor service and now I think I have lost my £95.00 and the dress. Such poor service

I purchased 2 dresses and a black coat with faux leather trim.
The dresses look fantastic on the perfectly selected models on the website and with great phototherapy, but in reality the dresses are cheap and nasty.
The pleather trim on the coat is a total plastic eye sore.
Items arrived pass the 7 days delivery and on separate days.
Plus if you ordering multiple items and want to return, be aware returns are not free.
Then there is the unrealistic 7 days return, which were retuned back to me because I missed the cut off, even thought my items arrived late.
If you are looking for a poor online shopping experience and a cheap and nasty look, this is the website for you.

I ordered a dress and unfortunately there was no option for next day delivery and it stated 2-7 working days. As I really needed the dress for an upcoming cruise, I contacted LBD orders and Gayle sent me a lovely reply to say she had contacted the brand direct and requested a fast delivery for me. I’m delighted to say it arrived the very next day! Amazing service, great customer service and lovely friendly communication from Gayle. And the dress is just beautiful! I was a bit dubious having never heard of the company before but they are Highly recommended! ☺️

Ordered a dress which was not anywhere near the expected size
Sent straight back several weeks ago
Have asked for a refund and was told they would look in to it… never received it!
Thank god I paid via PayPal and have now logged this as a dispute…
Hoping I will get my money back but doubt it :-( was several hundred pounds!

I ordered a dress was too long and did not fit properly. I paid to return the item, registered! I never received my refund! I've emailed several times, attaching proof that it arrived to them, and they have chosen to ignore me! The contact number has been disconnected. I need to add to this...following on from their reply they followed up with threatening emails stating the business had closed down and was being run by another business. The thing is.. I have a business and know how these things work. I wish I could snapshot and add the emails. I still received no refund despite showing proof.

Ordered a dress which was never ever received haven’t been able to contact them via telephone and had to send several messages via the online contact form. Finally received an email today to say the refund has been processed but has charged me £4!! So baiscally I order a dresss never receive it wait almost a month to get a refund and then am charged £4! Which I had read all the other reviews!!!

I ordered 5 dresses. I was contacted because one couldn't be sent and they refunded that and sent me 4 dresses.
Several problems occurred, firstly the dresses were very small for the quoted size and so all 4 had to be sent back.
One of the 4 was delivered with a ripped seam on the zip, so I made this clear on the returns form when sent back.
I carefully returned all 4 and they told me that they had only received three. (One of the three refunded was the broken one - even though they said they had refunded it as "a sign of good nature").
The paperwork returned clearly showed that all 4 had been returned.
I cannot prove that all 4 were returned because my confirmation from the post office only tracks the parcel, it does not have weight.
So now I am out of pocket with no dress. I will not use this company again.

Thank you for your response. All I can say is that 4 dresses were in the bag when it was passed to the post office to return to you. The fact that you have logged 3 dresses as returned should not be my issue, but by refunding only three, you have made it so. Please advise how I could PROVE that 4 were in the bag.
